Loved our stay! The places were comfy, well-stocked, and perfectly located—everything was within walking distance. The team (shoutout to Emma, Fergus, Chris & Diana) were absolute stars—super helpful, responsive, and made everything easy, from booking to check-in. Great for groups, with plenty of beds, parking, and thoughtful touches like ski gear storage and outdoor BBQ space. Only tiny gripe: kitchen knives could be sharper. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic property with well stocked bathrooms and kitchens and comfortable bedrooms. The location is superb with everything downtown in short walking distance. Emma, their customer service representative is the best, very responsive, attentive and a wonderful ambassador for the company. Highly recommend.
The customer service is terrible, the woman I dealt with was extremely rude.
Great property and great company to deal with.

Great stay and loved the location of the 901. Right on main street. Easy to get to the restaurants. View from the penthouse knocked us out. Loved it.

Excellent space for a large group. Largebkitxhen and dining area. Separate space inside for wet ski gear to hang and closet clothing storage. Lots of beds and parking. Private outdoor space with a bbq is nice to use even in the mild fernie winter. Fairly stocked with kitchen appliances like coffee maker, slow cooker, baking sheets (no conumables like oils or basic spices). My only complaint is the kitchen knives were dull.

Fernie Central Reservations
Chris and Diana were a dream to deal with, I needed to book multiple cabins and any request that I had was dealt with promptly and so efficiently. Chris was a huge help in the initial booking of the cabins (even when I needed an extra cabin he was more than helpful) and I really appreciated all their help. The cabins were perfect and had everything our group needed, nobody had a negative comment to make. Can't wait to book with them again!

Great condo! Reason for 4 of 5 stars are: room key not in lock box when we arrived. But Emergency contact helped us out. Cooktop vent fan and lights did not work. Asked for repair but didn’t happen during our stay. Made cooking a little difficult. Would stay again though.

They were great! We had to check in late and they made that totally easy. Everything went well without a hitch. We have been booking with them for years and never had any trouble with their service. Highly recommend!
