Do not trust these cowboys
The likes of Boots, KFC, McDonald's, Superdrug, Costa all need to know the truth about Fieldagent (FA) and paying them to give retail insight to their stores! And agents ...poor people like me and you need to know this isn't a company to be trusted!
FA get their agents to mystery shop, but my experience is you complete jobs...following their instructions on the app...answer question after question, submit evidence of purchase, record a video of you being in-store. You end up spending a considerable amount of time. And then you wait for them to review your submission. You don't even make any money on most of the jobs as they are just refunding you for your purchase. Buy a meal for £8 and you'd get paid £8 IF successful. So 0p for your time...nevermind minimum wage!
But to add insult to injury, on multiple occasions FA have found an excuse not to refund me. Their customer service agent simple give a vague excuse with no option for you to contest. And that's that! Damn cheek!
As a result I'm telling you, ❌ DO NOT SIGN UP WITH FA! ❌There are better mystery shopping companies who want to pay you for your hard work and time working for them. 💯 If you sign up, you WILL regret it!

Unprofessional thiefs
I was completing a survey in the App when it disappeared, so I was unable to complete the task and receive payment. When I contacted the support team I've been ignored. When I made a freedom of information request and raise a complaint I have been ignored.
I am going to trading standards.

Our team have responded to your enquiry and they have paid you for all jobs, even those not completed, as a gesture of goodwill. Our team have not received your emails, due to the volume and frequency at which they were sent, they were reported as spam.

Still waiting for payment after…
Still waiting for payment after completing two jobs which were approved. Both jobs took a considerable amount of time to complete. Was not able to cash out as the app would not connect to my email address, even though I had received a welcome email. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the help desk to no avail. I have had two replies in 7 days to say they will look into it. There does not appear to be any desire to compensate me for my work. This is very discouraging and disappointing and makes me wonder if this is a scam to gain free labour.

2 Jobs Worth Completing.
The Waves Car Wash Jobs and buying drinks jobs (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are the only jobs worth completing on this app.
