I cannot thank the Michelle and Louise enough for the support, guidance and dedication they gave me throughout my PIP tribunal journey. The help they provide is truly invaluable to people who are struggling to navigate what can be an overwhelming and daunting process.

Going through a PIP tribunal is incredibly stressful, and I honestly don't believe I would have been able to do it without them. They helped me through a process that I would otherwise have found almost impossible to manage on my own.

I have never shied away from battling the DWP on my own before, and I usually feel confident putting a strong case together. However, navigating a First-Tier Tribunal for my daughter's DLA was a completely different beast—especially when the DWP's decision relied on malicious, inaccurate testimony from a former school staff member that completely muddied the waters.

After a horrific first hearing where our evidence was ignored and procedural rules were thrown out the window, we turned to Fightback4Justice to help us take the fight to the Upper Tribunal.

Instructing Michelle Cardno was the best decision we could have made. She stepped in at the eleventh hour, went through our 145-page bundle and the 54-minute hearing recording with a fine-tooth comb, and produced an absolute masterclass of a legal submission. She identified multiple material Errors of Law—including the panel applying the completely wrong statutory test—and dismantled the flawed Written Statement of Reasons with clinical precision.

Her arguments were so watertight that the reviewing judge didn't even send it to the Upper Tribunal; they immediately set the decision aside at the First-Tier level and disqualified the original panel from sitting on the rehearing, saving us roughly 9 to 12 months of waiting.

When you are already exhausted from caring for your family and dealing with outside hostility, having someone like Michelle in your corner is priceless. Worth every single penny and then some. We cannot thank Michelle and the Fightback4Justice team enough!

Amy helped me fill in my review forms, she was quick and incredibly helpful during the whole process and took so much weight off my shoulders during this process. £11.99 subscription from my bank even though I stopped it in January 2024...three times in 2025 and once this year in September..
I am going to call my bank and ask them to block them.

I think they need to check their staff and system as this seems dodgy to me.
They have reimbursed the money back to me ..I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't looking for a different transaction.

!Warning: Avoid this service. After failing both my renewal and MR, resulting in my PIP being declined, I cancelled my subscription in January. Despite this, they illegally kept my card details and took an unauthorised payment months later. When caught, they blamed a "technical glitch," lied about refund timelines, and failed to return my money. I have now been forced to raise a chargeback dispute with my bank and report them for data protection breaches. Absolutely shocking behaviour!

I wasn't going to write a review but after learning they've taken a payment from my account after about 16 mths of not being a member I am! I unexpectedly had £11.99 taken from my account and have still had no return.
This service is awful. When they did my tel call I had listed all my ailments and how it effected me. When I received the report back for tribunal it has several conditions wrong. I asked for them to be present at court and they said the tribunal refused, yet on the day the tribunal staff had no knowledge of why this was.
When i was refused pip again I asked fightback4 justice to appeal and they wouldn't. Well I've done it myself because even AI said I had several arguments. Waste of time and money!
My suggestion is use AI, they have more knowledge! Oh and return the random payment you took out of my account when I haven't been a member for so long.

I'd recommend all previous members to check their bank accounts

I honestly can’t thank you all enough for everything you do to support disabled people navigating the DWP and the PIP appeals process.

From the paid subscription, which gave me access to your incredibly helpful online resources, to the free advice and information you provide so generously, and the paid services I used to help me write my Mandatory Reconsideration, your support made such a huge difference to me.

With the guidance and assistance I received, my appeal was overturned before it even reached tribunal, and I was awarded both Daily Living and Mobility until 2032. After what can be an incredibly stressful, confusing and overwhelming process, having people who understand the system and know how to help you put your case forward properly was invaluable.

But beyond my own experience, I want to thank you for the hard work you do every day to give disabled people a voice. You help people fight back when they are struggling to be heard and support them in obtaining the financial support they are entitled to.

What you do genuinely matters. You provide knowledge, encouragement and reassurance at a time when people can feel completely overwhelmed and powerless.

This is the second time I've used fightback 4 justice. I paid for Chloe to complete my pip review form last September as my pip was due to end May 2026. It got extended due to a backlog but in July I got an appointment for a face to face assessment. After a tedious long assessment I got the same standard award for 3 years. Many thanks to Chloe and the team who help with the struggle of dealing with DWP and make the process a little easier. It's good to go to these assessments prepared with an idea of what you will be facing.

personally would like to thank the fightback team for the support and alleviating the stress, of the PIP tribunal process, I was at breaking point with this. We couldn’t have got there without you. With help from fightback for justice. My daughter got awarded enhanced daily living for 3 years at her tribunal. Yet DWP were determined not to award. Do not feel intimated by the thought of a tribunal panels they were all professional and kind and just want to establish the facts of how your disabilities affect you. Firstly this review covers a period of almost two years, and that in itself is an indication of how long I have been using Fightbacks support.

My most recent review started in November 2024 and I was supported on the phone assessment by Fightback advocate Karen. Within minutes it was established that he assessor was going to attempt to carry out the assessment without any supporting paperwork or evidence as the DWP had not sent these to her. This instantly made an already stressful situation almost intolerable and without Karen's support and cool head i would have had a full blown panic attack. Karen was able to rearrange a new appointment and the the assessment took place around a month later. The usual rigmarole followed and after an MR I went for an appeal.

Given the amount of evidence available combined with my worsening health the team did their upmost to ensure the process was manageable. At this point I'll single out Michelle for praise in particular. Not only is Michelle's personal, legal and experiential knowledge on the processes second-to-none, but her support, compassion and patience was reassuring. As the date of the appeal loomed ever closer, Louise, Amanda, Hayley, Melanie and Michelle dealt with the growing amount of evidence I passed to the them via the VIP channel, which is well worth the investment.

On the day of the video hearing I was a nervous wreck, but I was informed by telephone mid-morning that I would not have to call in to my hearing. This was down to the diligence of Michelle and the team that enable the Tribunal to rely on evidence supplied by my now sizable appeal bundle. My award was enhanced for both elements, with the Tribunal believing it inappropriate to fix a term. The relief was immeasurable.

Such is quality and advocacy of the Fightback I am retaining my VIP2 Account as way to continue to support their work for our community. I cannot recommend Fightback services and acumen strongly enough.

I joined the VIP service and used all the info to complete the PIP forms on behalf of my daughter. Fightback reviewed the forms quickly giving constructive feedback. We used the videos and tip sheets to prepare for the assessment and felt ready. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful but they were there to do the mandatory reconsideration and then to complete an appeal which was successful only 2 months after submitting without the need for the actual tribunal, getting both enhanced living and mobility for 5 years. I can't thank all the lovely people for taking away the stress that comes with this process.
