Avoid this mob like Covid. I have knuckle issues so I spoke at length to one of their staff about the right pair of gloves. I hit my bag about a dozen times wearing the gloves and realised they were unsuitable. This mob refused to accept a return because - get this - I had taken the gloves out of the packaging and used them. I asked how I was supposed to determine if they were suitable without hitting a bag. They didn’t care.
Shit service, shit attitude.
Bought a sauna suit from here which was $150. It’s falling apart and the material is all broken down after 1 month I had to bin it. I don’t recommend this.

I sent 3 cancellation requests via email and their live chat to cancel an order that I had made 20 minutes before. ...2 days later I get an email saying it has been sent, then they make you pay for shipping costs.
