Mandeep has zero customer service, he or she were very rude, never picked up the phone and was annoyed when I questioned the process. He then said he would cancel the appointment because I asked if the fingerprints can be uploaded online instead if via mail to speed up the process (as per the FBI) website, instead of saying they cannot do this she threatened to cancel the appointment saying she has spent too much time on this. We made the appointment one day and the day I asked if they could upload electronically.

Even his emails are rude, shocking this is the way he communicates with people via email.

We sent a friend to get fingerprints for a background check for FBI - they charged nearly £500 and said the fingerprints were not very good and they didn't know if the FBI would accept them. And the guy was not pleasant to our young, stressed, friend, which stressed him further. And it's harder to get good finger prints from a stressed person.

Their FBI fingerprint service was carried out quickly and courteously. Was initially worried about the lack of other information online about this company, outside of their website. The speed of the service was remarkable (within hours) so I would hesitate in recommending them.
