Absolutely love Finn + Emma mystery…
Absolutely love Finn + Emma mystery grab bags! I’ve never been disappointed. Always get really good items. Amazing value! Can’t wait to see my baby in all her Finn and Emma clothes. I bought two grab bags and wish they had more in the bigger sizes so I had a reason to buy more. Buy them! You won’t regret it!
I ordered the grab bag twice
I ordered the grab bag twice, in two different sizes. The first time I ordered the wrong size but I LOVED that the selection of items went above and beyond my expectations. So I ordered a second grab bag, this time in the right size. I liked the selection and how they didn’t shrink. My baby wears them often. I’m very happy with our Finn + Emma clothes because the designs are lovely and more importantly, the quality is AMAZING. On top of that, I had a great experience with customer service. I’m so glad I found this company and can’t recommend it enough!! Lightening fast shipment - will buy again.
Love my swing
Totally worth the wait. I did order it ahead of time so it wasn't a problem. It is gorgeous and came in a cute bag - very happy.

Ordered a carry cot from them that was expected to ship early June - apparently there were many delays because their items were stuck in customs. Long story short I reached out and they initially offered replacement items, gift cards, or a refund - I opted for the refund as the item was a gift and it was easier for the recipient and I. When I reached back out for the refund I was completely ghosted. I called customer service and emailed several times. No response. Checked Instagram and there were tons of comments (now deleted) from women who had the same experience. It wasn't until I threatened legal action, emailed several times in a row, left several messages, and commented on their Instagram page that someone FINALLY responded and cancelled/refunded my order. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. I'll never order from them and I will continue telling everyone how awful my experience was.

Finn & Emma a SCAM, do NOT order from them
After reading these reviews, I am on the same boat. They have yet again scammed another person. Finn & Emma needs to get sued and shut down or they will continue to scam people. I never received a carry cot I bought in April, same thing, they said it was delay something about Turkey, they took a while just to respond back and never let me know there was a delay, still have not received the item. They did never refunded me...

4 months still haven’t received product
I placed an order in March for a carry cot. It never said such a huge delay for the item. Let alone I never received an email or anything regarding a delay. After two months, their website updated saying it was delayed until June. I contacted customer service I was told due to earthquakes in Turkey, their shipment was delayed. And they should be receiving the shipment on June 6th. Now we’re in July, i contacted them, no response and still no item, it was a pricey item at that. I wish I read the below reviews first before placing an order. My baby is due any day now and I have no carry cot or basket for my baby. Let alone they didn’t even offer a refund due to the inconvenience. I am so upset , as I gave the company a benefit of the doubt. But it looks like a common occurrence with them!

I ordered their playmat 12/3/22 and it was pre-order. supposed to be in stock by beginning of February 2023 which I was okay with. By Feb 2023, I didnt get any shipment info or email about delay, so I went to their website and now it says it will be in stock in beginning of March. then beginning of March I still didnt get the item or shipping information. so then I emailed their customer service, asked about the order, they said it's getting delayed and they will receive the shipment in the middle of March. so I waited, still nothing so I asked for refund but they keep saying it will be in stock soon. (said end of March) I waited till beginning of April and still didnt get the item so I asked for the refund but they now ignore my email and still no money back or the item.
Product not received after 2 months…
Ordered their swing and toy hammock September 21. I received an email saying the order was shipped but when it was received we found out they only shipped toy hammock, not the swing. A note to my “daughter” but never any notification to me, the purchaser. It is now two months later and still no swing. I’ve messaged with them twice. The first time I was told they were awaiting a shipment and should be able to fulfill the order soon. So I decided to wait. The second time I messaged them, they offered me a gift card, which I told them to send to my “daughter” directly and told me as soon as it came in, it would ship. It’s now two months since the order and I don’t have a swing but they still selling them and nothing listed on their products as back ordered. So where is my swing?!?!?! You have had my money for two months but I don’t have the product or the gift card you offered if I wanted to wait. This company can’t be trusted to get your product to you or those you love. Babies are babies for only so long and two months is a ridiculous time to wait and changes happen so fast. I will never buy from them again and make sure the moms of my friends and grandchildren don’t either. High hopes for a unique gift dashed.

I placed my order mid February and haven’t received it. I reached out via phone and email with no response. Phone always goes directly to voicemail. Don’t waste your time and money.my card was charged the full amount on the date my order was placed.

Quality is outstanding
Finn and Emma has been there for my two baby girls! From birth to now toddlerhood. I love their footies, bodysuits and pants! The prints are so cool! quality is so amazing that I passed it down to sibling and 2 rounds of cousins! Bravo Finn and Emma!

Awful
Awful. Ordered a swing two months ago, sent multiple emails and got responses that basically said it’s the shipping carriers fault. I finially said I just wanted a refund as the swing is for my baby’s nursery and I need it done. And they are now trying to give me a refund minus 25$ for the cost of shipping?!? Wth it wasn’t even shipped. They even said the package is lost somewhere. What a joke

Trash Delivery Policy
Ordered from them twice. The first time, I ordered for a vendor who had a baby. It took almost a week for my item to ship and 2 weeks to be received. They apologized and promised it would never happen again. I took a chance and ordered again for my niece's birthday. It took NINE DAYS for 2 t-shirts to even ship. These aren't custom items, F+E needs to get it together. If you need a gift delivered before the baby outgrows it, look elsewhere!

Don’t Waste Your Money
Ordered one of their wooden rockers. It looks beautiful and I love the neutral design, however it feels very cheaply made and it barely rocks. Worst of all it took FOUR and a half months to arrive. By the time it arrived my baby was too big to use it.

No transparency in their customer service
One expensive item was missing from my order when it was delivered and yet I received a confirmation stating that the whole order was delivered. When I complained about it, they pointed out that their website indicates that specific item would take 3 weeks to be shipped, which I already knew and it was not what I complained about.
Two months passed and they didn't bother to inform me about the progress of my order, despite my emails. Eventually I warned them that I report a fraud to my bank and got their attention and a refund for that item.

The swing is beautiful! I ordered one for my daughter, and after seeing it, I ordered two more as gifts. Everyone loves them. All three
did take about a month to receive.
