I needed a bridging loan for the purchase of a property and approached FinSpace for advice, I received very helpful guidance from Ed, he explained the process to me and gave me several options and answered all my questions speedily. I proceeded to take out a loan using his services. Communication was always excellent and both him and Gemma kept me in the loop throughout the process, were friendly and helpful and efficient at communcation both by email and phone, the whole process went through smoothly, I can highly recommend Ed and Gemma at FinSpace.

We worked with Damien to get a second charge mortgage loan, who was absolutely fantastic and clearly cared about getting the right deal for us. No pressurised selling or anything that smelt wrong and he was responsive, attentive and authentic throughout the whole process.

I felt I understood what was going on at all times, which is important as someone with little knowledge of the financial ins and outs of the process, and Damien made sure the whole thing ran smoothly and quickly.

The upshot is we have cleared a lot of debt into a single manageable payment and cleared a comparable amount of stress with it.
