We’re so pleased with our media wall. We’ve wanted one for so long and I got in touch with Fireplace saver after seeing lots of things on Instagram.

From the moment I contacted the company (Harry in particular), the customer service was second to none - before and during the process.

They couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Harry is a real credit to the company and a totally honest and caring salesman.

As for the contractor they used to install the media wall, he and his colleague were clean, professional and created a super polished media wall.

A solid 10/10 experience. I would recommend in no time.

Friendly and helpful staff enabling us to choose the best video wall and fire. Exceptional fitters, nothing was a trouble for them. They were extremely clean and tidy and even helped us to move some furniture back to our lounge

Wow wow wow I’m am over the moon with our media wall the experience from start to finish has been first class. Harry the sales guy answered all my questions promptly, Muhammad and his team are amazing nothing is too much trouble they have done a fantastic job. Great service from start to finish, on time every morning and did a fantastic job which I am extremely happy with. Cleaned all rubbish up after job and left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone and in fact I already have.

From choosing the fire and media wall design to the work being completed was 1st class experience.
Harry who explained and answered all of our questions before the work. The work itself was professional, well organised and spotlessly clean. Mo and his colleague worked from 9.30am until 6.30pm and completed the work in 1 day. Our media wall looks amazing and can’t wait to paint and complete the room. All I can say is amazing and would recommend them.

We just had a media wall built on our feature wall, with a electric fire and tv in the middle and shelves either side
From the time i got the quote after deciding what design we wanted and the help from Mo we went along with some ideas that he suggested
Arrived on time two guys Mo and Aram and the first day they worked until 6.30pm
and both very polite and kept me informed on the different stages and both were very experience fitters and knew what they were doing
very clean workers made sure all my wires were out of the way at the back of the tv very neatly
The electric fire is amazing we had the slimline one in the media wall
the whole length, is 6 metres, shelves compliment it on both sides
Also The down lighters look great and definitely transformed our lounge into a small cinema
Mo and Aram started work on the last day 7.15am and never left until 8.40pm and Mo took time to setup my TV bearing in mind that both at to travel back up to Bradford from Milton Keynes

We arranged our media wall and electric fire through the Fireplacesaver Harry mainly dealt with us.They sent a vast photo catalogue of different designs and renovations already completed. After deciding our style of wall, we paid a small deposit to secure the booking. We were appointed a joiner Karl. Karl came to the house to discuss our requirements regarding our design, we opted for extra storage, so Karl designed a neat and stylish media wall with handle-less cupboards.
Karl is a master craftsmen. He worked very hard no quibbles, no interruptions and worked to a high standard, protecting existing furniture and cleaning up afterwards. A very gifted and pleasant representative for the Fireplacesaver
One point I'd like to mention is that the Fireplacesaver offer a general package eg. white light switches, sockets and spotlights,so if like us you like a slightly higher spec eg. chrome finish, make sure you mention it to your fitter. Also the gas fires have slightly higher spec fires so make sure you get everything exactly clear before installation. Having said that, Harry at the Fireplacesaver was very responsive, super friendly and a pleasure to communicate with.
We are over the moon with our media wall. Well done to Karl for meeting all our needs,you really have produced something spectacular in our home and thank you to all involved at the Fireplacesaver.

The showroom is inviting, clean and very well laid out with a superb range of products at sensible prices.
Aaron our salesman is exemplary, he welcomed us with a cup of tea and made us feel at ease before listening to our requirements and then showing us the products available. He has a sound product knowledge and is friendly but not pushy. He gave us plenty time to make our decision, before arranging an instalment date.
Mo and Aran the fitters are tremendously hardworking. On arrival they cover carpets and furniture as inevitably there is dust involved. Throughout the time they were respectful of me and my property. I don’t know how they do it all in 2 days. The whole unit is well made and finished off. Afterwards they clean up really well with thanks for refreshments. A credit to the company.

I have been debating having a media wall for over a year as I couldn’t find the perfect fire but I am absolutely in love with the end result.

When I got in touch with ‘fireplace saver’ Harry completely understood what I was looking for and helped to guide me and answered all my silly questions as well as sending videos of various styles to look at the fires live to help make the final decision.

I can’t praise the fitters enough, Mo talked me through the design when he arrived and then he and his helper worked non stop, ensuring the job was completed to a high standard. Care and consideration was taken throughout the job, furniture and carpets were covered throughout and there wasn’t any dust/mess in sight.

After looking at different places to have our new media wall installed came across fireplace saver and decided to go with them could not be more happy from start to finish there team were fantastic really happy with the finish of everything looks amazing and all cleaned up on completion

We have had both of our fires fitted from here and the service as always has been above and beyond. We would never go anywhere else! The service doesnt stop once the fires have been fitted the aftersales and aftercare is second to none. The team is always on hand to help. Definitely recommend 👌
