Really easy renewal
I have just renewed my breakdown cover and it could hardly have been much easier. I just clicked on the link on my reminder and the process was almost a breeze. I say 'almost' because my payment failed on my first attempt. Although the form was all completed for me, the 'Name on card' field was not correct - minor problem and I was quite happy with the service.

Web site easy to use,quick to take your money,that's where the efficiency ends.purchased recovery insurance for u.k and Europe, didn't receive any policy document email,l sent a reminder email but still nothing. I dread to think what will happen if I breakdown it doesn't fill me with confidence.
