I got help quicker than I thought and…
I got help quicker than I thought and the process wasn’t as windy as I thought it would be especially on a bank holiday weekend. Both truck drivers were very kind and accommodating and we had brilliant service even with a layover.

Miserable Man…
I have used MKR many times and have ALWAYS given a 5 star review. Sadly this time I can’t. The breakdown lorry arrived quickly to rescue our car from our driveway and take it to the garage. Sadly the guy that turned up was very unprofessional and soooo grumpy it was like he didn’t want the job didn’t stop moaning and barely communicated with us. He eventually had to call another rescue van to assist him as his charging battery had died and he was dragging our car off the drive hence ruining 2 back tyres. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our car on his recovery vehicle he left without a word. Apparently when he arrived at our garage he just gave them the keys and left. So rude we all have bad days but this guy was awful

Fabulous service
Fabulous service. Arrived promptly and was kept informed about arrival times. The process was explained clearly and I was recovered quickly. The driver was very helpful and friendly and cheered me up on what had been a bad day! Thank you!

More than efficient recovery.
First call was an excellent recovery service. They even came on the day before as my car was booked to be recovered from home the following day. The mechanic was very helpful said it was probably just the battery. It was a prompt and efficient service.

Great service
Fords couldn't pick my car up so called these and happily collected and took to fords. Lady who picked car up very friendly. 90 mins and delivered to repair shop. Great service.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Honest with me about pick up time so arranged for next morning pick up as it wasn’t urgent.
Pick up driver was friendly and efficient, rang to let me know he was on his way.
Used the service to recover my vehicle back to the garage I bought it from.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish, recovery was far quicker than expected. But the service was outstanding, great communication and interaction, our recovery driver answered a million questions from our child and was so lovely .
