The professionalism, helpfulness and accommodation of our needs were more than we could have expected. Clyde arranged for a team to be with us within the hour. The team were amazing! Last minute emergency end of tenancy clean. Clyde moved jobs around to do ours (and I am not a previous Client) which I appreciated. Two young ladies turned up and did an amazing job. Filthy cookers and showers etc. will definitely use this company again.

Clyde at First for Cleaning was a godsend when we took over a tenancy recently and the flat hadn’t been cleaned. It was revolting but Clyde found an emergency cleaner who came out that evening within an hour (made the minging bathrooms lovely) and then a carpet/ upholstery cleaner the next morning. They transformed the place. Clyde was efficient, sympathetic and very kind. Would highly recommend

I had the best experience with first for cleaning! I picked up the keys to my new flat yesterday to find out that it hadn’t been cleaned and it was absolutely filthy! I gave First for cleaning a call and Clyde was extremely helpful, managed to send me a wonderful cleaner right away all the way to Kent, Leah, who did an absolutely amazing job at cleaning the flat in such a short amount of time, making me feel so much better about moving there! Everything was sorted in a few hours and I would highly recommend them, Leah managed to make a flat that probably hadn’t been cleaned in years look absolutely spotless and I will definitely use their services again! We were caught in a desperate situation where our bath overflowed onto our carpets and needed urgent help vacuuming up the excess water. First for Cleaning offered to do this for us at an exorbitant amount of £470 for just a hallway and several patches on the ground floor. They knew we were desperate and took full advantage of this fact. I paid a £150 deposit and then was contacted by a local cleaner who said they'd do the job for £90, so I cancelled with First for Cleaning but they refused to return my £150 deposit. Shameful

After my siblings and I found ourselves in a situation we didn’t know how best to handle First For Cleaning came to the rescue. Great comms, once a small deposit was taken technicians turned up the following morning and delivered what was promised. Fantastic result, staff were pleasant and polite, also very quiet.

Complete rip off - charged £325 to clean a 1 bedroom flat.

i presented a first for First for Cleaning when I contacted them to see if they could come and clean some suitcases that had gotten mouldy from being stored so long during pandemics. Due to respiratory issues I couldn’t tackle this job myself. Despite never having a ‘suitcase job’ before, Clyde was great at assessing and confirming what they could do. He had someone here the next morning and I took advantage to also get my rig shampooed at the same time. The result is stunning and has saved me c £500 to replace the suitcases. Very happy customer. Highly recommend.
