Samuel White was very helpful and stayed late to finish what we needed done. He listen and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable. We had a great experience at the Corvallis Oregon Branch. From the branch manager meeting us as we entered and offering us water. First Tech is a great bank.

We came in to have a simple form filled out but Sarah Mae also did a quick review of our accounts and helped us make some simple changes that improved our account structure. She also mentioned looking at our insurance structure as we move into retirement and set up a consultation with the insurance rep to see if there were any discounts we may be eligible for. She really went above and beyond the simple task we initially came in for.

I recently had an appointment with Sarah Mae Agle, and she was very quick to answer my questions and help me with my accounts. She was also very friendly, and I would definitely recommend working with her and banking at First Tech.

Walked in the door at 4: 55p on a Friday. I was greeted by Kyle Morris, he immediately understood the significance of my issue. he called people directly to get help. When he couldn't help. He handed it to Sarah Mae who also understood the severity of the issue and immediately contacted people via an internal computer program that could help. Everything was resolved within 10 minutes and they were both incredibly kind and effective!!!

Jeanne was so knowledgeable and help me navigate the system to get to my digital debit card. She was so kind and compassionate during the call. She went up and beyond. She is truly a gem.

I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a cashiers check. I’m sitting in the branch trying to get a simple cashiers check with the manager doing nothing.
