Took so long with paperwork.
Don't even get me started on how the vehicle was delivered, really ruined my first experience of having a new car....AVOIDDD!!!!

I'm really sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience with us. However, I'm unable to see the paperwork issues you mention. I see that we processed your application on 8th September and delivery took place on 19th September. An 11 day turnaround from application to delivery is faster than normal.
With regard to the delivery, I'm afraid we have no record of you getting in touch to let us know that anything went wrong. Perhaps you could email me - crm@fvl.co.uk - to give me some more details on this as I would like to investigate what happened. Please also include any details of what happened with your paperwork and I'll look into that too.

It was a very good experience dealing with this company, we needed a short term lease for my business and this is exactly what James arranged for us. James was patient and extremely helpful throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending him and First Vehicle Leasing . There were no dramas in the delivery of the vehicle and the driver was very polite and helpful. The deposit we paid was refunded with no problem on our return of the vehicle, quite simply the whole experience was good.

Prices turned out to be lower than originally quoted. I was kept fully informed throughout the process by excellent friendly staff. They improved on their forecast delivery date and handover of my new car was very straightforward. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish from the team - from initial enquiry to understanding changing customer needs.
The delivery driver was a credit to them - navigating a day of deliveries and a tricky remote drop off with no problems.
The car was in great shape and I am very pleased with the whole service and package
