Delivery but NO assembly of product even though paid for.
We bought & paid (over the phone) for a bed frame and mattress. We also paid for PREMIUM DELIVERY BEDS & MATTRESS which in the explanation of what it covers states “we will deliver and assemble your products in the room of your choice”. However there is very small print later that states “Excludes self assembly furniture” and so apparently doesn’t cover assembly of the bed frame ! This was not pointed out / made clear at the time of purchase so is VERY misleading. Despite questioning this with Fishpools after delivery - there was no acknowledgment by them that their delivery policy was vague and said one thing but did another ! No refund or share of delivery costs even offered as a refund - beware !!

Brilliant service and help from everyone at Fishpools
Brilliant service and help from Gary in the showroom (he actually left my wife and myself alone to talk about what we wanted rather than other showrooms where the sales guys stand over you like a starving hawk.
Outstanding delivery by Mark and Neil who went the extra mile to ensure everything was right and they were soooo careful when they delivered.
Just on service alone I would recommend Fishpools

Great service. Lovely table at a brilliant price. The company kept you up to date the whole process agreeing a suitable delivery day. The drivers on the day were great and kept me up to date on when they would be arriving. They also brought table up 4 flights of stairs set it up and removed all packaging and took with them. Thanks!!

First Class
First Class company that sells quality furniture in a varied price range. The salespeople are polite courteous and very knowledgeable. You are never pressed or hassled to make a decision, you are left to browse and choose at your leisure. The Delivery team are polite and professional. They treat your property with care, protection ia applied to doors and flooring. Everything is put exactly where you want it and all rubbish is removed. Overall very satisfied and would Highly Recommend this company.
