Excellent Service and Choice
Excellent, helpful and friendly service from David Short. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and what we might need to know about it.
The shop of course has a great selection of high quality and stylish furniture beautifully laid out.
Other staff were friendly whilst dealing with their areas.
Delivery was organised quickly too.

They sent the wrong unit and wouldn't…
They sent the wrong unit and wouldn't take it back, out of 3 units 2 was right one was the wrong size, they said i had to call the shop to arrange return.
I don't understand why they couldn't just leave it on the lorry and take it back

Just went looking for a love chair for our kitchen diner found one at a reasonable price was helped by Tony Bruce who couldn’t have been more helpfull and polite and patient with us great help will definitely be going back if we need any more furniture

Excellent service.
The delivery team were polite and efficient, taking care to protect flooring, etc. as they bought the furniture in and took it upstairs.
The furniture was delivered on the date arranged. I received a text giving me the time slot for delivery a day in advance. On the day, I received an update by text and a phone call before the delivery to let me know it was arriving in half an hour approximately. Excellent service. Thank you.

All of the staff were very polite and…
All of the staff were very polite and friendly. Paul Nicola was extremely helpful moving furniture around for me to try as I was recovering from a ruptured achilles tendon which made it awkard to get around the store. He made the buying experience relaxing and he couldn't do enough to make me comfortable.

Double bed with 2 drawers and headboard.
Just had a bed delivered into a loft room. Very happy. Excellent delivery by Tim sorry not sure of the other delivery guy. Delivery went very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Delivery and fit
First deliver on 6.8.36 and my second delivery on 29.8.26 from fishpools which were both a good service. I was called to advise of ETA. Steve and his colleague did a great job of safe delivery and setting up my drawers. The wardrobe was set up by another company via fishpools, good job. Very please with my bedroom furniture

Having complained recently regarding…
Having complained recently regarding Fishpools not being able to fit our sofa in. Yet an outside company did!
Tony at Fishpools had taken the time to call us and rectify the problem by issuing a full refund of the fees we inherited from the outside company.
We appreciate you taking the time Tony to notice this problem and call us immediately to resolve.
However I must add the reply to my previous complaint was very selective in the response. Deflecting out point.
