No shoes, no service

Took advantage of their Jan 1 20% off sale and it fell into the abyss. The credit card was charged but no confirmation was ever sent and customer service was non-existent. I gave them a week to return emails, calls, and text messages but they did not. So I disouted the charge with my card issuer and got credit issued before the end of the day. I did receive one order lst year in good time but it appears they have fallen apart.

placed order 1/26/24 received 2/3/24 correct item nib, Tried emailing/calling with no luck so was skeptical after seeing these reviews but dont worry the item will arrive

I’m pretty sure any good review are fake ones! Our order was cancelled and still charged like many others have stated. Can’t get in touch with anyone. We just disputed the charges. Save yourself the headache and avoid ordering from this site. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is! It has to be a scam because surely customer service could not be this terrible if it was legit!

Not a scam but...

I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers from this online site on 12/26/23. I read the bad reviews after already purchasing my order. I will completely agree with the other reviews in that their customer service is nonexistent. I could not get ahold to them to check the status of my order via phone call nor text. Their site I believe says that orders ship within 3-10 business days to allow for processing. That is completely not true. My shoes didn't ship until 1/13, but I will say that the site is not a scam. I received 3 out of 4 pairs of shoes, all of which were correct and in new great condition. One pair was out of stock. They canceled that pair and refunded it around the same date of 1/13. Though they shipped my shoes via Fedex 2day shipping, I didn't receive all of them until 1/23/2024 so basically a month after I ordered them. There was snow and ice so packages everywhere were delayed due to winter weather. I did receive tracking numbers for all shoes. I was fine with this because I was in no rush to receive the shoes and I got them at a GREAT discount.

If you choose to order from them, just know that customer service is basically impossible to get ahold of (unless you go to their store in person) and that it may take roughly a month to receive your order. If you receive an incorrect item, you may get stuck with it because there's no customer service to fix the issue.

All in all, I'm just happy I received my shoes at all. I would buy from them again as long as the item is at a GREAT discount. If an item is full price or barely marked down, I would buy from somewhere else and not risk the long waiting and shipping time and nonexistent customer service.

Mine is the same story you'll read on every other 1-star review. No product was ever received after 30 days. No email has ever been returned. No text message ever returned. On hold with customer service for an hour with no answer.

Terrible customer service, no refind

Terrible customer service. Ordered a Garmin watch as a Christmas present and a short time later they cancelled my order. Then I got a shipping notification for a replacement, but it wasn’t the same watch and I emailed to say I no longer needed it. I returned the watch and got a shipping label email, but I wanf the several hundred dollar refund. I have emailed 6 times with no response. Terribly incompetent.

Never received my order

Never received my order. I contacted the company numerous times with no response. I never received tracking information but eventually got an email asking me to rate my order that I never received. Ridiculous and unprofessional. They owe me a refund.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering…

Wish I read the reviews before ordering my shoes. Placed an order on 1/6/2024 and after 13 days still no status. Tried emailing and calling. No response to my email and hung up after waiting over 45 minutes for a customer service rep. Logged in to check order status and got a lame message, "Whoops, you caught us with our shoes untied, we'll be back up and running soon." Horrible way to run a business.

Order Arrived after One Month Despite Me Trying to Cancel Order Multiple Times

Ordered two items 12/16 for Christmas; only received one of the items. Tried to cancel the other item and submitted online requests several times after January 2, 2024. I received no response. I just received the order on January 14, 2024 and now have to pay to return it. I have no idea if Fit2Run will issue a refund. Terrible, or nonexistent, customer service, at least for online orders.

Awful

Awful. Zero customer service. No response to emails. They ask for a call back number when waiting for service and then say they cannot call that number. Wondered if this was a sham company.

Scam site

Same issue that others mentioned. Ordered shoes on 1/3 and have received no updates. Used the text feature to contact them with no response. Sent an email also with no response. Filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back

Online sales

Fit2run has good prices but their online business is horrible at best. I had an order that showed shipped with a tracking number and for a week it just showed a label created. I tried contacting their customer service number and it was a recorded message saying they prefer to communicate by text message. Never heard back. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 1 is that the tracking number showed it was created at the Bradenton, Florida store. I contacted that store directly and the store manager "Jeff" worked through the issues and eventually got my order shipped. Contact the store directly and hopefully, you get better results if you are having an issue. Jeff did a great job! This company sounds like a good company but just grew into the online business before they had the infrastructure in place to handle it.

Zero Customer Great prices but you can’t talk to anyone they will not return your call and will NOT Return Email I have bought 2 pairs and this 2nd pair is my last pair I will pay Zappos more because of their customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !

Zero customer service wish I had read…

Zero customer service wish I had read these reviews before ordering . Ordered sneakers 1/3/2024 have been asking for status updates for 2 days phones don’t work , no one responds to multiple emails or texts . This is definitely a scam website . I disputed my credit card hopefully they go out of business !

Horrible business

Ordered on 12/22/23. Still trying to see where my shoes are. The website is not working when I enter my order number to see what is going on with my order. I have been on hold for 3 hours only to be sent to a voicemail but never receive a call back. I have emailed and texted with no response. i have issued a complaint with my credit card and ordered the shoes from another company. Fit 2 Run needs put out of business.

Ordered shoes, OOS, no refund

Ordered shoes on 12/28/23. They at least emailed me to say they were out of stock and asked if I would like a different pair or a refund. I immediately asked for a refund. Then I heard nothing for over a week. I followed up to ask for confirmation of a refund and another week went by without a response. I just issued a dispute with my CC company to get my money back. Horrible customer service. Their website still lists the shoes in stock.

Bought a pair of OC shoes

Bought a pair of OC shoes. Three days later I tried to return them to the store after having a painful experience with my right foot being gouged by the sewing defect in the back of the heel. When I tried to return them I was told there was nothing they could do to remedy the problem since I wore them.. How do you decipher discomfort unless they're worn? I had to pay a membership fee to exchange the shoes which should not be required in the first place. This is bogus. I will never return and I will tell my friends!

Terrible

Terrible, really non existing customer service for online orders. Ive chased them for weeks via phone, text , email and they never answer. Paid for express shipping to my house and they shipped to a store far from me. The only reason I was able to find out if because the store manager called and asked if that order was mine. Store manager by the way was great and went out of his way to get me my shoes. Once I opened my order , I noticed they shipped the wrong size , I verified my order and it is indeed correct . Will never buy again from them .
