Quality service
The men came in on time and completed the fitting of a wardrobe within the scheduled hour. They properly covered up the floor to protect from dirt and dust. The quality of work was seen to be of high standard. Both the workmen and the salesman are nice and knowledgeable about the fitted woodwork. The salesman is responsible and follow up every process to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience caused to client. I am very satisfied with the service of the company.

In love with my new wardrobe
Very pleased with the work they have done, turned out exactly as I was imagining it with the half moon mirror and lighting inside the L shaped wardrobe with 1 tinted door glass my room looks like a completely different one. I cannot stop looking at it. I definitely recommend this company they were very professional and knowledgeable took the whole day to finish it and did all the work cutting on site. But they haven’t left until the work was completed which I am very pleased with. Is flawless, and I also must mention they cleaned after and were very respectful with the surroundings. Overall a good experience and if you have the money is worth investing in a well fitted wardrobe like this.

Fantastic service overall
I must say I am really happy of their services received from start to the end. The designer Harpal was very knowledgeable, he explained to us everything properly and we are happy with design, service, price and quality. They acted on demand very swiftly. Will highly recommend them.

Lovely company. Came and measured, showed loads of design options, created drawings swiftly. Acted on feedback and resigned with no hassle. Booked in - arrived when expected and fitted the wardrobe in a day. All to a great standard - would recommend.

Well I had a very outdated wardrobe and…
Well I had a very outdated wardrobe and space was very limited so needed a solution to our storage problems and daugther's room was a box room which also need upgrading, Got some quotes from other fitters but price was very high and decided to try Smiths to compare as we noticed they were not too far from us. They were very quick to respond and sent their Designer Lohitha who was very patience with me because I got s bit irritable with the whole process. I already had an idea of want I needed and explained and she did some drawings and discussed price which was more than my budget after some negotiation. sign up and from the people that came to remove the old wardrobes and the fitters Rohit and his team did a good job and even after a few days on checking for some slack in installation they came back to rectify. Wasn't sure what it was going to look like but has turned out very nice and very happy with it and with the 10 years guarantee 😀. Great good Smiths.

Perfect design for a difficult space.
The design is perfect for our irregular room. The fitted wardrobes and the comfy bench cover all the imperfections. My daughter is very pleased.
We particularly like how the storage under the bench has little magnetic doors that open when touched.
My only gripe was that it was meant to have been finished in one day and we had to wait a week for the doors to be fitted. We were also not given an estimated time of arrival on the day, as stated.

From design to delivery, we cannot thank this firm enough. Our bedroom, though spacious, presented a unique challenge with its multiple windows. We needed creative and functional ideas to maximise wardrobe space for my wife's requirements. Ozden exceeded our expectations. She dedicated countless hours to thoughtfully designing the space and managing our expectations throughout the process.

Initial design was great
Great wardrobe designs. Fitters were very decent men. What i would say is really think about finishing layout as problems can occur when installing. Would recommend and use again.

Fitted wardrobes for 2 bedrooms. Excellent
From the initial meeting with the interior designer (Lohitha who was fab!) to the survey to the day of installation and after. Our experience of having 2 bedrooms fitted with wardrobes has been brilliant. Very professional company and accommodating team. The fitters were very good at keeping us informed during the 2 days in our home and getting our approval on things for every little thing. I would definitely use Smith’s again. The finished product, quality and look is lovely. Love my new wardrobes. Will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Glad I used them.
