I highly recommend this shop! All the staff is very friendly and very helpful!

1 hour later , 2 cold burgers and fries turned up on my doorstep. It was fit for the bin, what a disgrace. This franchise has gone down hill quickly.

Absolutely perfect. Dhaiwat and Malhar were efficient friendly and knowledgeable. Guided me through my first time were patient and the food was outstanding.

So I went to the Five guys in Clapham Common and their service was amazing Dewan and Dolly really stood out they had amazing manners were super kind and overall I was happy with my overall experience

I’ve been going here for a while now and have to say that all of the staff are helpful and friendly but
I have to mention a young lady called Karina. Her customer service is outstanding.

We had the best service from Ripen, we are not from the area but they were so kind and greeted us with a smile despite the time and we will definitely be returning, thank you Ripen!

Had a horrible experience here a few months ago but I’ve only decided to write a review about it now. The security was extremely rude, unprofessional and misunderstood the situation. The manager refused to serve me until my friend negotiated with him and even afterwards the staff was extremely rude and refused to give me the manager’s name so I could report him or talk to me. The food is very overpriced, the fries are disgusting and oreo milkshake is overrated. Overall very disappointed.

Made a order on Friday evening they was not busy after waiting 15 minutes and noticing take order being collected i approached the counter to enquire about my order .
Apparently there was a mix up when I probed to be provided with a better explanation the manager just started making my order ,no apology or explanation very rude and unprofessional. I cancelled my order and was issued with a refund.
Don't waste your time or money .

Would never order from this 5 Guys ever again food ordered at 650pm it arrived at 840pm stone cold and I mean cold shrivelled up and not edible over 30 quid spent went into the bin for two burgers and fries they're not cheap called the manager at store his name is Sam Amaizasinthe basically told me we had no delivery people that lovely people would be Deliveroo, here's the problem you take my money and I know my order sat under warm lamp for probably over an hour if not longer before it left store, the store can stop orders online if they can't get them out correctly but no Clapham 5 Guy's just want your money and literally don't give a $%^# for American company renowned for service they're failing miserably, avoid this place absolute disaster thinking they should pack it up!!!!!!!

I have tried 5 guys a number of times recently and the food is always cold, old and unpleasant. I can honestly say they make the worst burgers. I would rather go to McDonalds. Avoid this terrible restaurant.
