Fixed my website issues within hours

Struggled with a redirect on my website which was causing me issues for months as google wasn’t able to read my website and meant zero traffic. Within hours Samuil fixed this issue for me. I’m so relieved and happy that my website is finally fully working now. Would definitely recommend fixed.net to anyone who struggles with a problem on their website and hasn’t got the time/willingness to dive into this matter and fix it themselves. Such a smooth and straightforward process!

Thank goodness for Vishwa and fixed.net!

After a domain transfer we lost our site and Vishwa was an expert in helping us recover and restore our site from a backup. Even though more complicated than expected, he kept us updated regularly and made a complete restoration. So so grateful for fixed.net and the wonderful people you employ.

They fixed a problem I had spent a YEAR on in 48 hours for $75!

I have been trying to resolve a persistent WordPress problem for a YEAR. I have hired three different 'experts' on Fiverr and the entire experience made me want to burn down the internet.

By happy chance I found Fixed. I had paid THOUSANDS of dollars trying to resolve this WP membership problem, and then Erad and Unggul had it finished -- after a great deal of work on their part -- for a flat $75. The instant I realized that I realized they had actually done it I signed up for the Unlimited plan.

I'm not compensated by Fixed and I'm not a bot. I'm just supremely grateful to find hard work, diligence and competence at any price, let alone this reasonably.

Fast and efficient

Fast and efficient. The company website was back up and running very quickly after a malware infection.
Hopefully I wont have to use fixed again but if If we ever get infected again they will be my first port of call.

My issue was resolved although it took…

My issue was resolved although it took more time than I would have liked because the agent I was working with suddenly went on break and ghosted me for 45 min. I then received an email in spam once I closed out of my ticket about a fitness app I had "ordered." Thankfully there was no charge on that app but it concerns me that things were vulnerable during this break time.
