Can't Believe Anything I'm Told

I ordered four items online. I called to add to this order 20 minutes after placing it online. Spoke with the girl and was told my order would go out that day. This was all Monday morning.

Tuesday, still no shipping confirmation. Called Fleming Outdoors and spoke with Eric (guy in video). He said they were out of one item but was expecting it in the next day or two. Eric took my number down and said he would call tomorrow if it didn't arrive and we would discuss whether or not to ship all or part or something else. I said, "Please don't forget to call. I've got a nutria in my levee pond that's got multiple burrows and is making them bigger each day, and I can never see it to shoot it because of the vegetation, so I am in a hurry for these traps". He assured me he would call.

Tomorrow came and went. No call from Eric. I called Thursday, spoke with Eric, and I said, "you were supposed to call me yesterday". He deflected and said the part arrived today but there was ANOTHER item in my order that they did not have (He NEVER mentioned that when speaking to him Tuesday). Nonetheless, he said all but that part would go out today and he'd ship the other item when it arrives.

Friday afternoon I made another call to Fleming Outdoors to check on my order. Spoke with Eric again. He said it went out yesterday. I asked for the tracking. Then he stumbled and said "It looks like it went out today via FedEx". I stressed to Eric that if this hasn't gone out yet then I want to cancel this order. He said "Let me go outside and check". Came back to the phone and said it hasn't been picked up yet so he would cancel.

Don't want to do business with someone who speaks from both sides of their mouth, gives the runaround and makes things up as they go, and at this point I can't believe anything he tells me. The only reason I ordered from this bumbling place is due to their relatively close location to me - 375 miles away.

A customer should not have to call every day to get information about an order that should have long shipped out.

Unreliable, no credibility and somewhat incompetent are the adjectives I'd use to describe Eric at Fleming Outdoors. Will not be visiting them again.

Service is horrible

Currently has a great website the only problem I have with them is shipping the product it don't do no good to pay for something and after call begging to get it shipped out I will never use this company again

Fleming Ignores You and YOU PAY FOR IT

I ordered multiple count of an item. Delivery did not occur at the time stated by the shipper. Contacted Fleming immediately, no answer. Searched several days to discover was shipped to wrong address.
Then discovered order was incomplete. Contacted Fleming again. Throughout the process Fleming never acknowledged my requests for status. In the end, I suffered loss of the partial shipment, full shipping costs for a partial shipment, lost time of a back order they were not upfront about, that they 2 weeks later cancelled, leaving me to rush for a replacement order elsewhere. I do not recommend Fleming for any online transaction, ever.
