Would never use this company again as…
Would never use this company again as the insurance company that they use Collinson. Don’t pay out a claim in full and try every trick in the book not to pay. Nothing but stress for the last nine months now having to take them to the ombusman Mind you, I don’t hold out much hope as I think they’re all in it together often wonder is it worth taking out an insurance policy just a complete rip-off

I have used flexicover for over 10 years without incident but this year I had a phone stolen which I'm finding very difficult to sort a claim don't think il be using again

Easy procedure…
I made my request for travel insurance over the phone as I had some health conditions to explain.
The person I spoke with explained everything to me an I agreed on an annual insurance policy.
I have also booked a holiday for 22/12/23-29/12/33 to Tunisia.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. No out of hours care. Office closes at 5.30 with no follow up care. This is unacceptable for any insurance company, especially as you have to consider time differences in other countries. I wanted to add a country as a one-off to my annual insurance and was unable to reach anybody so I had to purchase a whole new policy and was refused a refund.
