Appreciated the email to confirm the size along with a better idea of how to measure .
So easy to get on as her ears or nose got in the way of fastening a buckle and I can't manage those clip type buckles when they are small.
Hope it stands up the vigorous scratching while Mollie gets used to it.
Very speedy service as well

Highly highly recommend
I only rarely write reviews but felt this company really deserved one. The product itself is great but their customer service is exceptional. After placing the order, I was contacted to double check that the size I had ordered was definitely correct. They advised that it might be a while before my puppy would fit the collar I had chosen and asked if I would therefore prefer to cancel the order. I chose to keep the order because I will definitely use it when my pup is big enough but I have no doubt I will order from them again as they clearly care about their customers. Highly recommend.

Slow to deliver and no way to call
I placed an order - the company warns that order processing is 3-5 working days. Now day 5 and not a squeak out of them - no update, no nothing.
Product looks great, but apparently not matched by either service or managing expectations. No phone number either - email only. Pity.
