We had an amazing round the world trip a couple of years ago organised by Andrew Stevens at Flight Centre. Everything was great. So great that we booked another trip to Japan, Australia and South America for April next year. Unfortunately an unexpected health issues has intervened and we can’t now go. Andrew handled the return of the agreed amount of our deposit with professionalism and real care. A great travel company.

Jamie from Flight Centre booked flights for my son and his friend to fly to New Zealand via San Francisco and Honolulu. Included was a transfer and overnight accommodation in Auckland before a flight to Queenstown the next day. The process to check in online for each flight was smooth. All flights were on time. Price was good. Nice to know two 18 year olds were in safe hands.

Our experience with Imogen Altmann has been excellent. We have used Imogen for a few trips, and when an issue arose regarding a delay of 48 hours due to airline operational difficulties, Imogen was informative, supportive, and secured compensation.
