Julia planned an amazing family holiday for us in Costa Rica. She arranged excellent hotels, a reliable hire car, and well-timed flights. We’re fairly independent travellers and organised all our tours ourselves — which is very easy to do in Costa Rica.

I’ll admit I’m not the easiest person to please, so the fact that I’ve already reached out to Julia again to plan our 2026 trip really says it all.

I booked flights with Flight Centre in St. Albans back in March 2025. Caroline has been extremely helpful in guiding us throughout the process and keeping us informed of any changes to our schedule. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing to ensure that we have got the best deal. Now we are in New Zealand and were looking at the possibility of extending our trip. Caroline responded promptly to our queries, and has fully explained the costs involved, enabling us to make a more informed decision.
