Worst Service Ever
Im not happy with their service and not sure if I have been dooped.
They claim to offer a 2-part payment system. However, they don't make it clear before or during the booking process. You only discover this after you pay and is highlighted in the conformation email.
So, the price you think your are paying is only 55% of the total fee. AFTER you pay the 55% you receive an email stating you need to pay the 45% balance. The booking system and all the details right up to paying appeared legitimate and doesnt state that your only making a deposit.
They also state on their website you can receive a full 100% refund within 12 hours of booking. I emailed immediately within minutes after receiving the confirmation email to cancel the booking. I received a replyat 3:00am from kristine.le she told me i had many options to modify my booking, take a cheaper economy flight or cancel with no charges. I immediately called the various phone numbers noted on their website; Hong Kong, Australia, UK. None of the phone numbers are answered nor have voicemail or an answering service.
They are saying my booking is cancelled but when i log in is still active and did not recieve a confirmation that a refund is being processed.I contacted her again to say I have cancelled my payment via the bank after being advised to so and not request the payment agian. They went head the day after took 3 payments. They first told me to wait 60days for a refund then 40days and still havent receieved a confrimation whether my refund is being processed instead they left the conversation with no solution and a Vicky.ng was a little rude towards me.
All I wanted was my refund. There website also says:
"1. In case the customers have misunderstood/misleading our process, policies and don’t want to payment step 2 to issue E Ticket, customer can request to us to full refund to your account without fee.
(Which i did straight away and in a other part of the website it says 12hours)
2. If we can not reach you over phone, email, other channels, we will refund full amount to your account after 15 days, and the booking will not be valid after we refunded.
(on this ocassion I could not get hold of them via their numbers only email and chat and did not get anywhere with them.They would just ignore me)
I have emailled yet again to ask regarding the process of my refund as they said they would send me an email but have not recieved anything.
