No response or action to a public concern raised in November 2025!

Request was for a simple cleaning of a 30 meter length of footpath, as mud had been deposited along it's entire length caused by poor diversion signage!!

They have rejected a cadet hq in deeside yet they went ahead with zebra crossing at a junction pathetic council

Flintshire council have not cut the grass since April and as a result of that 3-foot grass everywhere. All the streets are full of potholes and some that allegedly fixed ones back to the same condition. I believe they have spent the taxpayers money ether on themselves or something frivolous that does not benefit us the tax payers. Last flood the Flintshire council were a no show, we had to buy our own sandbags, which they pretend that they were giving some away. Now the new scheme/scam is to put a threatening note on your bin to say if it is overflowing, they will make you pay £75. I think they want everybody to cough up £75 so they can go on a holiday or give themselves a bigger bonus.
On the 17th of April 2024 I had one of those notices on our bin. As I have CCTV and a camera doorbell I showed them the evidence that lid was close. We had one email from them fobbing us off and today I had a phone call from a guy called “enforcement office 45” (to coward to give his full name), saying the lid of the bin is a jar. I said that is a corner of a white empty bag trapped under the lid, it is not open the lid is close. He would not listen to me and tried to give all sorts of BS. This guy was so uneducated or blind to not see or understand the situation. I gave him an example if you trap a nylon bag in the door, door will be close, but the bag will be still sticking outside, he could not grasp that concept.
So, watch out to see what else they are going to come up with to make you part from your money??? They already ripping us of with the council tax and doing a very poor job. Some part of the county is in floods are and grids are full of debris and not being cleaned, and they don’t maintain the pumps at all. When people try to take their rubbish to the skip, they also make it difficult. We pay for the service, but they don’t provide, I believe this is going to get worse. They are already trying ways not to do things, like; potholes, no grass cuttings are the signs of this. I predict because the way they are going, there will be lot more fly tipping.
I wish there was a way of holding the payment of the council tax to hurt them where it really counts, as they are not interested in helping the public.
There must be a way complaining to government to say Flintshire council are full of incompetent people.
