It is the best online shopping which I have ever seen. It always makes me happy by giving good quality products within few days.

Honestly I would like to say that my experience with Flipkart has never been a bad one except for one and I hope it continues like that. Whenever I have ordered enything from Flipkart, the item has been delivered on time and except the time I ordered a jacket and it had a small hole near the armpit. But, it was quickly exchanged and I got a great jacket. Overall, I can say that I am very much satisfied.

bad service and flipkart is not trustable because i order mobile and did mot deliver my mobile and give some excuse and all day i am waiting for my mobile and i did not reject and they said i reject my order that,s why i am saying that no one should buy any product from flipkart and delivery boy doing miss behave and many thinks i want to say that don,t buy any product from flipkart

This site is a perfect one, for those people who are always looking for discounts and do not want to overpay money! I immediately liked the interface of the site. The running panel with well-organized goods by categories with discounts considerably simplifies the search of the necessary goods and time of the search. I liked the fact that the order is quickly issued and that you can immediately check the pin code. And this is very important to avoid further trouble with the delivery of goods. In general, a good site with low prices and fast delivery. This is very important for me as I do not like to wait too long. I purchased a bag and it was delivered in 5 days. I liked it and did not find any issues with it.

Most PATHIC customer service ever...toll free number but just takes people in loop... Looks like Flipkart dose not want to spend money on making people sit to answers calls..

if the product is from ws retail
then it is ok
otherwise leave flipkart go for other sites
and now a days. there r no offers from flipkart
they r simply depending on chinese mobile phone launches

I had a worst experience with Flipkart. I had ordered Asus Zenfone Max, which I had requested for a return within the 10 day return policy as I was not satisfied by the ZenUI and the connectivity speed. Technician visited my place and checked the product, but no resolution could be provided. He told if you are dissatisfied by the product, then I cannot help it. He went away giving a technical visit receipt. And I was told that I will get a call from the customer care regarding the update. Then again they scheduled for another technician calls, which never happened. Everytime I get a message stating "We are unable to reach you." I have been calling to customer care 10 times in day, but all goes in vein with no resolution. Even I escalated the case to the higher authority, they sweetly cheated me by saying in future you will not face such issue. It has been 7 days, the refund didnt happen. Either Flipkart should directly tell the truth to customer that "There is no Refund Option". Then customer can directly go and check in showrooms before purchasing from Flipkart. They dont value your money nor your Time. They have all highly UNprofessional staffs.
My say is when I am not satisfied with the product, how can a technician help to resolve my issue. Can he change the ZenUI ? If NO, then n number of technician visit and calls can never ever resolve my issue.

I bought through flipkart a micromax smart mobile which turned out to be an assembled piece and stopped working within a few days. Despite several complaints neither Flipkart nor Micromax responded. Since then I stopped shopping through flipkart and buying micromax products.

Update 26.06.2016: Flipkart has resolved the issue. Thank you. Finally I am happy about the solution. @Flipkart: Make sure that your logistic company will not do this again in the future. I accept delays due to weather, or traffice conditions. But please dont say I was not reachable and I am waiting the whole day and did not get any call.

Old review 25.06.2016: My first experience with Flipkart

One day delivery:
- Amazon: Perfect. Internaitional delivery standard.

- Flipkart: 2 days for same days delivery, I got a message that nobody was available on the first day - But phone was available 24 hours and delivery address hotel reception is open 24 hours). No statement, no excuse for not delivering. Not even offering to get the express delivery fee back. Arrogant service behavior.

Customer service:
- Amazon: Professional, international standardized service. Prompt reply.
- Flipkart: Sorry to tell this, this is not international . 28 minutes in waiting line

i ordered one saree from here and it was pathetic and costly too. found out there is same saree which i can get from local shops! and cost= so cheap! stop buying from flipkart. check other websites other than this!

‪#‎Flipkart‬ is it safe for sellers and buyers?
I my self as a seller got a horrible experience about hacking of my account. where they don't verify about products been uploaded, We only deal with jewelries and my Flipkart account have listing of Laptop bags and cameras etc,
Now its been 3 months and my account status is still pending. I called them, mailed them and tried every possible way to contact them but only one mail comes whenever I create a ticket that we will be back shortly, that also from auto response, and when I call them they keep me on hold for 15 mins every time and after 15 mins they come back and say we will inform you as soon as possible, and now they blame me that I am accused for selling fake products without having any proofs,
Because they themselves don't have the information who uploaded the products and from where, all my bank details are with them all the pan card scan copy and all my business details.
So is this Flipkart safe for buyers and seller? Are your details safe? than how someone can excess all the account details and change it?
Please share your experience so people can be aware about the scams.

Worst E- retailer right now in India .They simply cancelled the order. Customer care always whining that it will be delivered but without any action

i purchase an segate external harddisk,on delivery i checked there is no warrenty sheet and usb cable on it,i return the product and made the compliance on customer service,next day they send the product with warrenty sheet and usb cable.

we ordered one mop from flipkart. they delivered another brand. when we ordered for the second time, they exchanged it with the same. very disappointing. not expected of flipkart. this discourages buying from flipkart and even online buying.

Ordered a new phone from this company. Delighted with the product. Their customer service team are very helpful.

Great Service

flipkart do not follow to any policies. i have purchase a new htc desire 620g but in the product face many problems.the product seal was broken before tha delivery. the customer service of tha flipkart is very poor. it is do not have any replacement /return policies of the product. It is really fake, fraud ,cheater................please do not purchase any electronics item to flipkart
amazon is the best online service for purchaging any electronics item. amazon is realy superb.
