I ve ordered a pretty black dress from flirtcatalog website, and i got it as it is described. Loved everything. Wish i had bought more clothes from them, but ,somehow, i cant reach their website anymore. Pity.

I ordered a nurses outfit and the small garter was backordered over a month, when i finally recieved the garter, it was just too small, i called to return it but was told since i placed the order over 30 days ago, they item could no longer be returned, even though i just recievec the order the day before. I spent hundreds on that costume, but they will NEVER get another penny from me. I even sent a nasty email to them, they just dont care. This was years ago, im surprised theyre still in business!

I ordered from them. UPS was their shipper and could not find the address because they could not contact Flirtcatalog. I asked them to use a different shipper. After saying they would contact me in a day, I never heard from them. Three emails from me they never answered.

They don't have a phone number listed or an email address. They go out of their way to hide from their customers. If a problem comes up they just don't answer.

Thieves. Stay away from them.

I read reviews on several sites about Flirtcatalog (also this one) and I wasn't sure to order or not, but the beautiful and original pants I found convinced me to try and I don't regret it all!
It was even prettier than it looked on the website, it fitted perfectly and it shipped very quick (not monds like I read in some reviews). I live in the Netherlands and I ordered monday evening and it arrived a week later on monday morning. Pretty quick if you ask me. I'd definitly order again at flirtcatalog!

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. I ordered a shirt from them and upon receiving it, I realized the shirt was different from the picture online. I had to pay to mail it back because this company does not prepay for returns. The shirt was sent back to me claiming that it had been worn! I had never worn this shirt out and it still smelt of the plastic bag it was sent in! I emailed and called several times, not once getting through. Finally, I got ahold of a representative via phone by claiming that I was placing an order. That representative told me to send it back to the LA office and they would take care of it and reimburse me for the second mailing cost. I kept checking my account and I had no such reimbursement. I called and called again. Each time there was a different story. I even check with UPS and it was said that Flirt did receive the shirt for the second time, but Flirt claimed that they never received it! To this day, I do not have the money for the shirt or the shirt itself! Flirt catalog straight up stole from me!

I ordered boots for my sister on December 13 [ thanks for ruining my Christmas present ]. From my understanding, it would take 7-10 days to receive the order. To date [ December 28th ], I have not received the boots, nor am I able to get through to the customer service department. I was put on hold for an extended period of time, each time I call. I've called all times of the day; my wait time has been from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. I received my clothing order and I'm not too thrilled with the quality of clothing; however, from reading other reviews, I DARE NOT send them back. I will NEVER order anything from this company again and I've informed all my family and friends, to not even bother as well. I guess my only recourse, is to go to my banking institution to get the charges reversed.

After a terrible experience with AMIclubwear.com, I turned to flirt catalog to buy a last-minute Halloween costume. The shipping was fast, and my costume was adorable and fit perfectly! My reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the layout of the website...there are random shipping specials all over, but if you don't choose the correct one, the special will not apply to your order. I chose a free shipping code, and it applied to my initial order, but at the very end, $8 was tacked on. After trying to figure it out, I gave up and placed my order, then contacted them with a request to refund the shipping fee---which they did! Kudos to Flirt's customer service.

This company has a great selection and the customer service was excellent. My items fit great and looked far better than they did on the site. Thanks Flirt!!!

They always ship same day if you order in time and I get tracking same night and my package within 5 business days. Returns are quick as long as you arent nasty and return something worn - which I accidentally did once, BUT they returned it back to me @ their expense which is awesome since Greatglam just throws it away and doesn't credit you. I KNOW RIGHT!! But Flirt does NOT do that and they have always been great!
