I've been a customer for many years and I always appreciate prompt and efficient delivery. I wouldn't get my gas from anyone else.

On receiving our renewal contract we were not happy with what was quoted. We phoned FLO GAS twice after that for quotes and we were still not happy with the quote. It is not fair to customers to give different quotes depending on who you speak to or, on what day one phones.
On speaking to Helen on the third attempt she gave us figures which were acceptable ànd so we are going to renew our contract. Thank you Helen for doing your best for us which is much appreciated.

Fitting of new tank was problem free and on time,
plus a good bunch of lads.

Just renewed by Flogas contract for another 2 years. My call was picked up in seconds, Helen was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Very easy to deal with, the whole process was a pleasure. Well done Helen, well done Flogas. Top service.

I had an issue with an unprocessed order which Christine Bell resolved for me on whatsup immediately.

Am a new customer and was a little surprised to see a tanker outside the house on a Sunday morning (auto ordering was turned on though) with a friendly and positive driver called James to fill up the bulk tank. He was swift, professional, and mindful of the garden. All set now for the winter.

Helen at Flogas was a pleasure to deal with during my move from Calor to Flogas. She dealt with my move from start to finish, keeping me informed and explaining the process. It was great to have contact with Helen every time, she was knowledgeable, informed and just lovely to talk to about the whole process. She sorted out the issues with Calor so i didn't need to worry about it and the move went smoothly.

Helen was great in helping us switch from Calor. She was friendly and got back to me really quickly. Calor actually tried to get us to stay by matching their price but the customer service I received from flo gas was so much better so I still went ahead with the switch. Already had our first delivery so very pleased

Easy to order online, delivery quick , delivered on time, friendly service, respectful of property and asked where we wanted the bottle to be put, easy payment methods. Definitely recommend this company and we recommend and praise Alistair Evely for his professional service and friendly manner and good service

All good stuff, the auto-ordering did work this time, they ob monitored the level and came and and filled it up with me doing nothing, two previous times it got a bit lower than i was happy with so had to phone them

Terrible. Used them for bulk gas supply, missed one payment (which was my fault to be fair) but found the lady was quite rude on the phone.

Christine was so helpful after a mix up with my order by other people. She was professional and friendly and persisted in resolving the problem. I’m very grateful

I wish to appologise for rating Flo Gas so low as they were not specific as to where they had place my updated sensor. Flo Gas came when I was not at home.Removed old sensor and replaced it with an updated one. I phoned them as I was unable to find it.It is on the wall mounted on a bracket.They failed to inform me that the wall was inside my tank therefore it was not visible to the naked eye. A friend of mine who is a man came round and knew straight away where this new sensor was.On the WALL OF THE TANK. Sorry Flo Gas but it would have helped if the engineer had left a message in my letter box as to where this new gadget had been placed alternately when I phoned to enquire had the knowledge to tell me. All good now. Not very informative in my case.
