Floor Mats UK Avis 

Would not recommend.
As with all the other bad reviews, I ordered a floormat, realised the company was in Germany and tried to cancel within 24 hours but they refused and offered a 15% refund instead. They told me the tracking was not working and then ignored my emails.
Phonecalls are never answered.
I have now opened a Paypal dispute in the hope of recovering my money for a floor mat I have never received.
I wish I had spent some time to research the site and read these reviews before ordering.. Lesson learnt.

After opening a dispute, I was finally given working tracking information and a floormat actually turned up, packaged rolled without a cardboard core, flattened and folded in half.
After unpacking, it is not even cut straight.
Time will tell how long it lasts.

One star is too many ! terrible company do not use them!! i am contacting my bank to get the payment refunded no contact for over a month since accepting a proof for a custom mat no joy on phone or by email or contact page fraudsters!!!

I agree with all the other bad reviews.
I took delivery of their product, a floor mat for my office.
Within two months it had cracked badly and has now almost disintegrated.
Two e-mails direct to them and one on their website produced no response, not even an acknowledgement.
A phone call, like others reported, kept me on hold for five minutes and then cut me off.
This company badly needs to review its product and its customer service strategy, which is non-existent at the moment.
I recommend any potential customer to avoid this company.

This is honestly a terrible company avoid avoid avoid. Apparently my mats were sent out and conveniently lost. Asked for tracking number several times to see for myself and they haven’t given me it yet. Tried calling several times a day also, no answer then get cut off. Asked for a refund as no one knows where my mats are, they offered me 15% off for inconvenience. I’m not entirely confident that they would refund anyway, and I’m not paying 85% of a product that I may never receive! I will be contacting PayPal and hopefully will get a better response.

I purchased a floormat from this business and the whole process from placing the order to receiving and using the product has been terrible.

I ordered my item - a floor protector for my chair to sit on in my home office. The delivery date came and went and despite many e-mails the item never arrived and they refused to let me cancel the order.

When my order arrived I did keep the mat as no refund had been issued and within 2-3 weeks the floormat cracked and has carried on getting bigger.

I have reported this and all they offered me after many attempts at reaching them was 16% refund so they didn't have to collect the old item.

This company not only make very poor quality products but also have no idea on what good customer service is so I would highly advise to avoid using this comany.

Avoid at all costs. Over promise and under deliver. Renege on their own promised solutions. Wish I’d read these reviews

A one star review is is one too many for this company. The mat I purchased disintegrated within 2 months and I have had the same experience as other buyers when tryin to make contact; sent 4 e-mails of complaint with no reply and when tried to call (numerous times) was put on hold for 5 minutes before being cut off. I would advise potential customers to avoid this company.

Couldn't agree more with the other bad reviews. You should avoid this company.
I bought 2 mats at £60 each. One cracked within 3 weeks. After repeatedly telling them that their offer of a 10% discount was no help as the mat cannot be used, they finally agreed for me to return the mat.
As they are actually in Germany, I sent it back, even though it cost me £14 with DPD. But as they are in the EU, DPD had to contact them for duty details. But DPD couldn't get an answer, so a few days later my cracked mat turned up back at my house.
Now the 2nd mat has cracked.
They won't answer my emails so now I've spect £120 for 2 mats plus £14 wasted del;ivery charge and all I have is 2 unusable mats.
I paid through Paypal, so I'm seeking a resolution through them, but so far that has turned into an offer of £20, which of course I have declined.
So take my advice and keep well clear of this company

There is some solace in knowing that I'm not alone but how I wish I had paid more attention to the 25% of reviews which warned me what was likely to happen. My office chair mats have cracked and disintegrated within two months of occasional use and I discover that this company isn't interested. The website will have you believe that they're wonderful but they don't answer your emails and the so-called "service" telephone line throws you out after six minutes and ten seconds. They are an absolute disgrace and you should not make the same mistake that I did. Shop elsewhere, anywhere, you'll get the same products at the same price and much better treatment should things go wrong.

Dreadful company to deal with and rubbish product

As many other reviews here, I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased.

I bought their £109 PRO carpet floormat which their website describes as being unbreakable and lifetime - mine broke within two weeks of use.

I contacted the company (who initially responded to my emails), offering a 16% discount. Otherwise, they insisted that I returned the mat (at my cost) to their warehouse in Germany so that they can undertake a "quality check", with no guarantee of refund.

The company has subsequently refused to respond to my emails for the past two weeks with no resolution.

I have left a negative review on their website which has not been published - their 5* ratings are clearly misleading.

Despite the name of the website being .co.uk and calling itself Floor Mats UK, it is a German company, which is misleading.

A dreadful company and a dreadful product. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give this company no stars I would.
I purchased a floor mat designed to go on carpet and within a couple of months it has cracked extensively. I have been e-mailing and trying to ring the company for weeks now to find out how to get a replacement and cannot get hold of the company at all.
I did not purchase a cheap mat and will be going to trading standards about the lack of response in dealing with a faulty item.

Read previous reviews. I didn't and I'm out of pocket and the item not delivered. No contact from floormats UK whatsoever.

Order still not received after nearly 3 weeks (Expected max of 10 days) , call centre not answering calls, now using PAYPAL resolution centre to get refund

I wish I had seen these negative reviews before purchasing a floor mat from them. My first order never arrived and they sent out a replacement order eventually. I then wanted to return this order but it had to be sent back to Germany costing about £80. According to the tracking service they haven’t collected the return item from the depot. They’re ignoring all my emails and weeks later I’ve still not received my refund.

Like others, I was fooled by the positive reviews on the company’s website, and hadn’t checked Trust Pilot before ordering. Despite their apparent commitment to customer service, my £60 mat broke within days and they’ve ignored all 3 emails I’ve sent them about this. When I try to call them, I’m left on hold for a long time until eventually you’re asked to email them instead and the call ends automatically. Avoid this company!

The floor mat broke up within days, not fit for purpose. Company does not answer the phone, emails or reply using their "contact" page. Do not order from this company.

Unfortunately a bad experience. I wasted time ordering, chasing, taking out a paypal claim (refunded). The service only delayed getting a resolution. Hope they can improve greatly.

Miserable company with terrible after service and cracked floor mats after just a few weeks. £100 down, insistent on return back to Germany. First order never arrived, second order too a long time to arrive from Germany, as not a UK company. Avoid at all costs.

Like other reviews I had only discovered too late, I ordered the best-quality poly-carbonate mat and it developed through-and through cracks within a week. There was no offer of replacement or any type of guarantee. I was also offered 16% refund, but I kept pushing and they incrementally increased the refund (which I have now received). There are 257 reviews on their website for this product @ 5 stars... lesson learned to check Trustpilot first!
