Great lads! Friendly, polite and hardworking. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process here using Kevin and his team to restore my parquee floor. Kevin genuinely takes time talking to you over the phone and comes out to look at the job, explaining thoroughly what is going to be done. You know instantly that he knows his stuff! His lads are all grafters and are polite and reliable holding all the same great values that Kevin himself does. Aside from all the cliche type things that a lot of tradesmen/companies fail to provide, such as reliability, time keeping etc… the thing that sets this company apart level above the majority out there in my opinion is the way they treat you as a customer. I felt like a priority throughout this process and no questions I asked were met with patronising/condascensing responses, just clear and honest advice and seemingly a genuine interest in keeping myself happy as the customer! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who asks. They’re now going to be recommended to a friend to sort their Victorian tiled hallway out! Cheers lads

The company were quickly able to price the job, which they kept to.
The workers arrived on time and were polite and finished in slightly less time than anticipated.
Given that they had to sand the parquet floor I was amazed at how little dust was created.
At the end any mess was bagged and taken away.
Would highly recommend!

Great service, from the initial phone call to the sanding and sealing of our parquet floor and then guidence of the various types of colour finish Etc. Very professional on site, producing very little dust, which was a nice surprise. We both actually think the floor looks better now than when it was originally installed due to the finish. Would higly recommend and will be in touch later in the year as we have the hallway which requires some attention.

The team at Floor Restore were great, fast, professional and very helpful. Explained the whole process and was very helpful. I thought my floor was so bad it couldn’t be saved but they managed to bring it back to life. Josh and 2 lads worked very hard that day to get it done, Josh came on the 2 days previous to prep and repair my floor. He was very freiendly, professional and hard working. I contacted Floor Restore looking for someone to sand and varnish the hardwood parquet floor in my dining room. After speaking to Kevin i felt confident they had a lot of knowledge and experience, and would do a good job.
When the lads arrived to do the job, I was really pleased with everything from how the process was explained to me, what to expect and the politeness of the lads.
As the floor was quite old and had some deep marks and stains, I couldn’t believe how good it looked once sanded. When the varnish was applied this brought the colour and grain of the wood out beautifully. Once this had dried the finish is a very nice clear matt which is just what I wanted.
I couldn’t be happier with every step of the process and the final result.
I will definitely be using them again for my hall and living room.

I had this company to sand down a hardwood floor and refinish it at very short notice and what a fantastic job they did. The floor looks better now than it did when first laid. Kevin gave us avert competitive quote and did a sample to show us different finishes on the actual floor so we well informed on choice. His lads were all very polite , knowledgable and made a minimum of mess cleaning up after themselves as they worked. A very impressive outfit with sterling after care service. Highly Recomended

We're over the moon with our original 1930's parquet floor. Nathan was prompt and responsive throughout the entire process and you can see the incredible work and results for yourself. I would highly recommend booking in with Floor Restore.

I used Floor Restore to sand and varnish my solid wood parquet flooring. The company was so easy to deal with and very professional throughout the whole process. Floor Restore came to sand and varnish our entire first floor. We were very happy with the service we received during and after the restoration. The team were very careful to seal the areas to minimise dust and they arrived and finished on time. I highly recommend them. I received a number of quotes and spoke to a number of companies and we found Floor Restore were competitive and the most professional to deal with.

Excellent quality work. Very tidy and No mess. Good value for money. Highly recommended will be using again .
