I ordered 3 items on 29th Nov for Christmas presents from the uk website. I had a dispatch email over a week later even though it claims on the site 24hr dispatch. The email had a Hermes tracking number that was not valid
I presumed it was a genuine mistake but spend the next 3 weeks emailing about where was my parcel. Eventually I got on email asking for an alternative address to post to, really (?) does anyone have alternative adresses. They couldnt find my original address?? They have refused a refund as I have not returned the items, I havent received! and offered me a gift card for the amount. I have complained to Paypal and will wait until 12th Jan, that they have been given until to respond.

Started well... But wouldn't buy from them again
I had my order delivered with no problems.
So bought from them again.
I have no idea what went wrong.
You'd think they'd be grateful for repeat custom. But obviously not.
I waited a month. Nothing arrived.
I contacted them via Email, Facebook and Facebook Messenger. NOTHING.
No apology, or acknowledgement of my emails and messages.
So I contacted PayPal and they got me a refund.
Then I went onto Ebay and found the same item cheaper.
I wouldn't order from them again.
Overpriced, considering that the items aren't even precious metals.

Avoid like the plague.
I ordered 3 items from this site on 25th October. The website states 24 hr dispatch. It's now 11th November and still no items have been delivered. If you send an email enquiring about your goods you get a standard "we experienced higher demands than normal blah blah blah"!! I have items sent from China arrive quicker than this. I have since read other reviews where at least two thirds of them are derogatory comments with regards to failure to deliver the products listed or sending the wrong items then failing to reimburse the customer. A lot of people have suggested this is a scam company who are happy to take your money with little or no intention of delivering the goods. I will be placing a complaint with PayPal and trading standards as they are clearly placing false adverts with regards to shipping times etc.
UPDATE: 27th November and despite 5 emails (3 through PayPal dispute Centre)I have not received goods or refund. I have escalated it to a complaint for PayPal to investigate and resolve.
FURTHER UPDATE: PayPal upheld my complaint and reimbursed me. Please complain about this company and hopefully we can shut it down.
