Whilst I agree with a lot of the reviews regarding the service you get from the sales team as they were helpful, friendly and efficient. They also rearranged another villa at short notice as our original one was repossessed by the bank, which they did without any hassle. We did ask if the villa was of the same standard as the original and they said “yes, all our villas are of the same standard”. Now that is my problem and I say to anyone out there reading this review, planning to stay in the Florida Davenport area, BEWARE. Our villa was absolutely FILTHY, took the cleaners two attempts to get it to an acceptable standard. Bedding on arrival was dirty and had to be replaced and when it was we had to remake the beds ourselves. The games room equipment was in poor condition and the pool furniture, what there was, was dirty and broken. We reported these issues to the property management team in Florida and the girl there said “we tell the owners and if they don’t want to do anything about it then there isn’t anything we can do. Really!!! Don’t rent out the property if it’s not up to standard would be my suggestion.
The villa was under the management of Executive Villas Florida, all I can say about them is when I started with my complaint at the end of July 2022 the reviews were at 3.2 out of 5, they are now down to 2.7 out of 5. That says it all to me, they are just not interested in getting their villas to an acceptable standard and therefore Florida 4 Less should not be selling holidays managed by Executive Villas.
We did receive a ‘good will gesture’ from Florida4less but nothing could compensate for the time spent phoning, emailing, visiting the Florida office and the cleaning I tried to do before the cleaners finally came out as all of these issues did I’m afraid, spoil our holiday!!!”

Back in April 2021 we decided to book a family holiday for 6 of us. I did a bit of research and contacted a few holiday companies before coming across Florida4less. What can I say about them. I had never heard of them and was a bit nervous taking on the responsibility of booking the family holiday - no pressure lol! I spoke to Jon, I told him what we were ideally looking for and he told me all my options. No pressure to book, said he would give me some time to think it over and to get in touch if I wanted anymore details. I decided to give them a go so rang to make the booking. Jon was off that day so I spoke to someone called Graham. From that point on I needn't have worried. Jon has been amazing answering all and I mean ALL my questions (there were plenty), most of the time he would call me rather than email me back (nice personal touch). Nothing was ever too much trouble, he shared some experiences and tips of his holidays to Florida which were invaluable. A few weeks before we were due to leave Jon contacted me to say the Villa we had booked was no longer available, my heart sank and I started to panic. I shouldn't have worried. Jon sent me a few new options of the same level villas and we chose one for the outside space although the inside looked a bit dark but I thought we wouldn't be inside that often. When we arrived a few weeks ago I was very impressed with the Villa, extremely clean, starter pack of goodies and well looked after. We had an amazing 2 weeks, the only complaint I have is the time passed way too quickly and we are now back to reality. I cannot recommend Jon and the team at Florida4less enough. They have all been wonderful but especially Jon. If I am ever lucky enough to go to Florida again, I will be contacting Jon and the team. They have so much knowledge about everything. 5* from me. Absolutely disgusting company! We wanted to get a credit note or our money back on our deposit because due to personal reasoning. They laughed at us saying why would you get that back. Disgusting

I have booked a 2023 holiday with Florida4less. They have been super helpful. I requested a call back and all of my questions i had answered prior to booking. I didn't get the gentleman's name however he was so friendly and helpful on the phone. Then i had problems on the website and John called to check everything was ok. My booking went through after refreshing and then i received my confirmation through and documentation. Prices are so much better than the likes of other mainstream companies who we have booked with before so thankyou so much

I booked a family holiday with all the children and grandchildren and we have had great service from Martin who was very easy to talk to, informative, not pushy and we received a competitive price. Haven't been on holiday yet but I'm sure everything will be fine. This was the first time using Florida4Less. When asking queries I always got a response either by email or phone call. In this difficult time post- pandemic some things regarding how you book seats etc have changed but this was all explained and Martin and the rest of the team have been very patient in responding to all my questions. I would use again. Thanks Martin

Jon was so helpful on the phone he gave me the time to discuss with my husband without any pressure to book. So looking forward to going again. Would highly recommend this company Florida 4less. I booked a trip to Florida May 2021 to fly out May 2022 but recently decided to change this to Sept 2022. The initial booking was so easy and the guy I dealt with, Martin, was fab. Recently, to amend the booking dates, I dealt with another fantastic guy called Jon- he was an absolute superstar! He went above and beyond to check, double check and verify all the details to amend our holiday, he explained everything and made things as easy as possible for us all. Thank you Jon and Florida4less for making a stressful situation really easy and personable.

I booked a trip to Florida in early 2019 to fly august 2020 but due to covid the date changed 3 times. We returned from our trip yesterday. I dealt with a fantastic gentleman called Jon. He constantly reassured me and went above and beyond on more than one occasion. I can’t imagine how stressful the changing travel restrictions are for travel agents but this company do everything in their power to explain and make things a easy as possible. I have been a virgin customer for many years however due go their greed during the pandemic j decided to look elsewhere, Martin has been fantastic and very helpful especially as we were looking at going to a different time than usual. He found out it was actually cheaper to go for 15 nights instead of 14 due to premium seating prices, virgin would never have done this. Can't wait to go now then I can leave a further review on the process with tickets etc

John and Martin who took my booking were great and knowledgable in advising on when to visit Orlando and where to stay. I would highly recommend florida4less to anyone looking to book their family holiday of a lifetime!

Haven't been on the holiday yet so can't comment on that. But booking and helpfulness of the consultant has been exceptional. Fingers crossed everything else goes as smoothly.

Such a welcome change being able to speak to a person instead of the usual "we are experiencing an usually high call volume, please try later" . Very polite, friendly service.
