They were half dead when they arrived and there wasn’t many flowers there for the money. A week ago, they said they’d paid me a full refund, I’m still waiting. I was hoping to buy the recipient a replacement 80th. birthday present. Not happy, very disappointing.

A lovely bouquet!
Sent not full open to last longer. Extra percentage of flowers were added as advertised on their website which is always a bonus and made a bigger bunch. The recipient was over the moon with their gift.
