These guys (Ms E K) polished scam. Gave me a good price and took 200 pounds deposit AFTER SENDING me the confirmation of flights. Once I paid my 200 pounds I chased for my ticket and pay the balance but was told she will get a cheaper rate with same flight.

4 days later , came back and said my original flight details have been changed by the airline and hence she is finding me different dates and routes and had to pay extra.

When I complained, she said its written in the email with ticket confirmation of possible charges.

When i asked for money back....you guessed it...75 pounds cancellation charges.

Please avoid this company. Well oiled scammers.

Please be aware is is a scam company. They will quote a chip price to draw you in and once you've made a deposit, you will come back and tell your the prices have been doubled and when you refuse to pay the doubled amount, your deposited becomes non-refundable. Be worn.

THIS travel agent will SCAM YOU and steal your money ! Booked flights and then were told that we had to pay an extra £380 because the flight had increased in price .
When we refused and asked for a refund we were told that the cancellation fee would be £280 . I called the airline and was told that the price never increases after payment has been taken. We are now dealing with the police and fraud team .
Travel agent has been sending my mum what’s app messages for 24 hours demanding payment and refusing a refund . BEWARE !!!

My travel dates fall between one of the busiest months when flight fares are at their highest peaks, but through diligent search and with great patience, the Agent, Mr. Shane Mann, (02080908485) got me a reduced fare on a mostly preferred direct flight to my destination with all my requested preferences included. This is really great, and I am very satisfied with every aspect of service given to me. I’ll recommend this Agency to any one, any day.

I am writing this review to warn others based on a very troubling experience involving Flyporttravel.
I referred a friend to Flyporttravel to book flights from London to Zanzibar for two passengers. Initially, Flyporttravel collected £511 per person, stating this was the flight cost. After payment was taken, they came back to say the ticket price had “increased” to £911 per person, bringing the total paid to £1,822.
This alone was frustrating, but the situation became far more serious afterward.
When the tickets were finally issued, no PNR was provided. My friend had to repeatedly insist on receiving the PNR. Once we obtained it, we discovered something extremely alarming:
The airline ticket had only £1,083.38 paid to RwandAir, not the £1,822 Flyporttravel collected.
To verify this, I personally contacted RwandAir, who confirmed directly that they received £1,083.38, not the amount Flyporttravel charged my friend.
Flyporttravel has failed to provide any clear or satisfactory explanation for this very large discrepancy. The difference is substantial and cannot be explained by normal fees or commissions.
Because of the seriousness of this issue:

We are reporting this matter to the police
We are raising a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman
We are pursuing recovery of the unexplained funds

This experience has caused significant stress, financial concern, and loss of trust. At best, this reflects severe lack of transparency and professionalism. At worst, it raises very serious questions about how customer money is handled.
⚠️ I strongly advise anyone considering Flyporttravel to think very carefully, ask for full documentation upfront, verify payments directly with airlines, and proceed with extreme caution.
