The one thing I want to say is that people really need to read the terms and conditions on the site. It's incredibly clear that everything is cut and made to order, which requires a longer lead time and having this in mind I was happy to receive my items before I expected.

I also want to state you can tell that this is a small business, because it can take a little time to get a response from the team. This isn't because they care but simply it's a small outfit which means that, at least in my experience, there's more time and attention put into each order.

I ordered a new foam mattress, with tencel cover, to fit a wider Duvalay sleeping bag. It wasn't cheap, but it was a lot cheaper than Duvalay themselves were selling it for.

I decided after ordering that I wanted to add a cover, I was able to do this over the phone and paid for it then and there. I didn't receive a receipt and when I phoned to query this, I was sent a xeroxed copy of my invoice and secondary invoice so I was super happy with this.

The items arrived in plenty of time for our next trip and well packaged. There was minimal smell, they were finished to a high standard and when we went away, I cannot stress how incredibly comfortable they were. My husband suffers from back issues, and I'm a fidgety sleeper, but I can honestly say that I had one of the best sleeps in my life on my new mattress. My wearble tech agreed too, giving me an Oura ring score of 99 when normally at home (on one of those panda toppers and simba mattresses) it's a about 65.

I'm incredibly pleased and would buy again from them in an instant. Thank you so much!

Good communication, perfect fit and excellent quality

Amazing service, the delivery takes a few weeks but well worth the wait, the price is very reasonable and the cushion insert I brought were made perfectly in the size i requested.
The quality of the cushions are far better than any you can buy on the high street and I have used them for around 3 weeks now and they havnt changed in shape or size.
Their communication is amazing, they contact you with updates whilst you are waiting for your order. I also asked to change my shipping address and they did this immediately with ease.
Overall this company went above and beyond each step of the way and I couldn’t be happier with my cushions they have made my sofa look brand new :)

The order was okay, but the delivery got lost for a while.

I was talked through the different options when i contacted The Foam Shop as i hadn't had a memory foam mattress on my boat before. I opted for a fitted cover as well, this is so well made and better than anything you could buy of the shelf. The mattress was cut from my template (complex) it fits to the mm & is as so comfy. TERRIBLE and rude customer service! I tried to cancel my order within a few hours of placing it and it was impossible to speak to anyone. When I finally spoke to someone they refused to cancel the order and offered me a partial refund instead. The foam inserts were a made to measure product but there is no way these would have been made wihin the time frame between order and contact. I was very unhappy with the attitude of the person I spoke to and the outcome. I would NOT recommend this company and felt very upset by the whole experience.

I had a fantastic experience. Mark was very helpful anytime I phoned and they even managed to push my order through quickly for an upcoming trip. The bespoke mattress I ordered for my van conversion has been perfect. The V38 Firm Foam with 1"memory foam is very comfortable as someone who likes a Firmer mattress. I will certainly be ordering again for my seat cushions.

The product was great and met all our expectations but the order wasnt delivered until the day before we left and we didn’t have time to make the covers. We sent bespoke templates with our order and plenty of time to complete it but they didn’t respond to our emails and it was difficult getting through by phone. When we did get through they realised they HAD received the templates and pulled the stops out to get the order to us. Sometimes things like this happen.

I placed an order on 4th May had nothing since.
I have rang the sales number that just goes to answer machine.
Rang customer service and the same an answer machine left messages on both NO RESPONCE.
Customer service is no excitant. no responce from email either........buy from somewhere else!!!!

Good communication, arrived maybe 1 week later.

I ordered 4 to make up 2 seats that become a bed in my custom campervan. I am more than happy with them, they are comfy, well made and a perfect size.
