Kasyno bez możliwości wypłaty środków
Wpłaciłem środki do Fonbet.com metodą BLIK i później próbowałem wypłacić około 4500 PLN. Wypłata została anulowana, a support poinformował mnie, że muszę najpierw zrobić depozyt metodą SEPA/bank transfer, aby móc wypłacić środki tą metodą.
Zrobiłem więc dokładnie to, co kazali. Wpłaciłem kolejne pieniądze metodą SEPA i dodatkowo obróciłem środki zgodnie z ich wymaganiami. Łącznie wpłaciłem już 2434 PLN.
Po wykonaniu wszystkich instrukcji supportu moja wypłata została ponownie anulowana.
Support wysyła sprzeczne i wymijające odpowiedzi, przez co wygląda to na celowe przeciąganie sprawy i utrudnianie wypłaty środków. Za każdym razem spełniam kolejne wymagania, a problem nadal nie jest rozwiązany.
Najgorsze jest to, że dodatkowe depozyty robiłem wyłącznie dlatego, że support twierdził, iż jest to konieczne do odblokowania wypłaty.

I deposited funds to Fonbet.com using BLIK and later tried to withdraw approximately 4500 PLN. My withdrawal was cancelled, and support informed me that I first needed to make a deposit via SEPA/bank transfer in order to withdraw using that method.
So I did exactly what support told me to do. I made another deposit via SEPA and also wagered the funds according to their requirements. In total, I have deposited 2434 PLN.
After following all their instructions, my withdrawal was cancelled again.
Support keeps giving contradictory and evasive responses, which makes this situation feel like intentional delaying and obstruction of the withdrawal process. Every time I comply with their requirements, another issue suddenly appears.
The worst part is that I made additional deposits only because support claimed it was necessary to unlock withdrawals.
Very disappointing experience. Be careful with larger wins and withdrawals on this casino.

Per adesso 1 stella.... appena ho vinto qualcosina hanno limitato completamente il conto. Ho in corso la procedura di verifica N 23274932 per il conto 81756788 da più di 4 giorni (era entro 72 ore) e non mi comunicano l'esito.
Chiudete la procedura di verifica e sbloccatemi il conto e magari migliorerò la recensione!

Versuche verzweifelt einen kleinen Gewinn unter 1000€ auszahlen zu lassen und bin dabei sehr enttäuscht vom Fonbet Support!
Mein Problem:
Die SMS mit Bestätigungscode kommt viel zu spät bei mir an und da man nur 1min 30sec Zeit hat den Code einzugeben, wird der Auszahlungsvorgang immer und immer wieder abgebrochen.
Nachdem ich mühsam versucht habe den Support zu schildern was mein Problem ist und das ich ihre Lösungsansätze bereits mehrfach ausprobiert habe, kommen jetzt seitens des Supports nur noch Copy+Paste Antworten..
Auch wurden schnell andere Auszahlungsmöglichkeiten entfernt sodass ich den Gewinn wohl nicht mehr auszahlen kann..
Sehr unseriöses Casino mit einem furchtbar schlechten Support!
Ich habe einfach mehr gewonnen als eingezahlt und da man anscheined kein Minus machen will, wird jetzt seitens Fonbet rumgehampelt..

Richiesta di selfie assurdi e limiti su tutto.
Fonbet è un sito che si impegna al massimo per molestare fino allo stremo i suoi sventurati clienti. All’inizio, con le prime 2-3 scommesse, non si hanno problemi. Poi inizia il calvario, con richieste di documenti e selfie assurde per quantità e requisiti: selfie con documento, con foglio riportante data e nome del sito, ma la qualità dell’immagine è sempre insufficiente per il loro dipartimento, ecc. ecc.
Quando, dopo circa due settimane, riesci finalmente a superare tutto, il conto presenta ogni sorta di handicap e limitazione. Su alcuni eventi e campionati non permettono praticamente di puntare nulla; inoltre, bisogna aspettare più di mezz’ora per poter effettuare due scommesse consecutive, anche su eventi diversi (quindi impostano anche un limite temporale).
Insomma, tutto è pensato per esasperare il cliente e rendere l’esperienza di gioco un calvario. In definitiva, lo stress che provocano, anche avendo cifre basse sul conto, rende Fonbet un sito da evitare come la peste.
Dopo due mesi di estenuanti richieste e limiti ai prelievi e alle scommesse, mi hanno lasciato prelevare la somma “astronomica” di 150 €, cioè il mio deposito più 50 € di vincite. Solo un matto depositerebbe soldi su Fonbet. Intanto, a fronte di una vincita netta di 50 €, mi hanno fatto perdere uno sproposito di tempo e hanno raccolto tutti i miei dati sensibili (selfie, documenti di identità vari, ecc.).

Fonbet knows exactly what my case is. They're using a money laundering check as a pretext to avoid paying out.
But they're doing such a poor job of it that they're simultaneously accepting further bets with very high stakes.
An unbelievable contradiction.
I've deposited over €1 million with this provider. Money laundering laws require checks upon deposit, not withdrawal!
If Fonbet wins, they keep your deposit. If Fonbet looses, Fonbet doesn't pay out winnings! So Fonbet is always the "winner," even if it's not legal. But Fonbet doesn't care!
I'm now taking legal action against Fonbet and will keep all users updated here.

The more documents you provide, the more detailed questions they ask, all just to avoid paying out.
I will now file a lawsuit and take further action.
