I called customer service initially and was politely and professionally dealt with by the assistant. He advised me on what I should do to complete my purchase, I did this on line and within a few hours all was accepted and the phone arrived the next day with the correct delivery instructions from DPD,

Having looked into your account, I can see that your chosen network provider includes a complimentary gift-an additional SIM card that operates on their network. This SIM is provided as a blank card, and to activate it, you would need to select a plan directly through the provider’s website. Please note that this is separate from, and not included in, the airtime plan you selected when placing your order.

Please also ensure that you are using the SIM card registered with the network provider you chose at the time of purchase.

I apologise for any confusion this may have caused. If you would like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team on 0333 900 1133 and select option 2.
