**⚠️ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE — BE CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING!**

My flight was scheduled to depart at 10:00 AM, and I NEVER received my tickets. I called over and over again, and every time I managed to speak with someone, they kept telling me that everything was fine and that my booking was okay. However, as the departure time got closer, they stopped answering my calls, and I never received my tickets.

I had already paid for my flight, and I was left stressed, frustrated, and without the travel documents I needed. This is completely unacceptable. A company should never take someone's money and leave them without tickets or proper communication, especially when a flight is only hours away.

**I strongly recommend that everyone be extremely careful before booking with this company.** Please do your research, verify your tickets directly with the airline, and do not rely only on their promises. I would not want anyone else to go through the same stressful experience I did.

Had lowest priced for my flight. Everywhere else was double the amount. Had great customer service from rep Alan. Definitely will use again

To get my e ticket I had to call 8 times before it was sent to me. They finally sent it to me 2 hours before my flight which was unacceptable because I had to check in luggage and go through security and could not do anything before I got that ticket. That was flying out. Coming back home I received my e ticket about 7 hours before my flight which was an improvement. I agreed upon one price and then when they called me about my ticket initially the price had gone up about $100.

My experience with Bruce Wilson was outstanding. I’m looking forward to using his services in the future.

Was my 1st time using Tripboard. I wasn’t sure it was legit. I made reservations for 2 on 9/3, pd with SW credit card, to fly via SW. Price was great! The next day, got an email saying the trip wasn’t confirmed, to call an 800#. I was told that my trip wasn’t available for the price I paid, but could book another for almost $200 more. This made me further suspicious of them. Decided to book anyway. New flight was with AA, so I used my AA card to pay. Did not get confirmation of our flight until the middle of the night, right before our morning flight, which was very unnerving. I stayed up until 12:30am, calling and waiting to get confirmation which wasn’t sent until 2:30am for an 8:25am flight. Only to find out our trip had been changed back to a SW flight. When we got to the airport, we ended up having to pay for our checked bag because we had not paid with our SW card, if we would’ve paid with our SW card, they would’ve checked it for free. We had used our AA credit card (who also would not have charged us for the checked bag) bc our trip was supposed to be with AA.
Needless to say, this was a very, very stressful ordeal on top of the sad reason for this last minute trip, to attend the funeral of my aunt.
Thankfully, it all turned out fine, they did pull through, but all this caused so much stress and lack of sleep the night before traveling. I would possibly use them again, now that I understand how they work

I used my credit card to pay for the flight reservation, but the bank kept rejecting the transaction as fraudulent. After additional investigation, my bank clearly showed me that this “merchant” was linked to an overseas clothing store.

very helpful and reliable. i call and within minutes have everything i need and if im unfortunate enough to run into issues normally i can give a call back and be met with helpful guidance and resolution. today i had a call with a gentleman whose name was Charles and he was super helpful and got me situated with a good flight.

Scam. You will be stuck at the airport

Charged me 2x initial quoted price so that I could have a carry on and be seated with my new husband THEN when upon arrival to airport for my return flight I found out that they changed my final destination from Chicago to NEW YORK! The aorlone told me that this is a fraudulent ticket...I am beyond angry with this company.

SCAM, same experience as two other customers, flights were cancelled while at the airport leaving me an my family with no tickets and 3 months later no refund of my money, stole my money. I have called and spoken to Adriana whom every time I call says she will give me a call back 24-48 hours, never calls back. I will be reporting to the authorities and suing.

Buenas esta agencia es una estafa, se compraron tres boletos de avión a unos familiares míos provenientes de cuba a los Estados Unidos, donde la reserva fue hecha pero no emitida por falta de fondos en la tarjeta que presentó la agencia al pagar el servicio, tengo entendido q las aerolíneas cuando suele pasar mandan un correo automáticamente y el día de hoy al estar en el aeropuerto es q se percatan y no pueden viajar mis familiares por sus falsas reserva, no caigan si dan una buena atención digo yo para caer cosa q sabemos q al cliente le gusta el buen servicio pero es estafa todo por favor, hace falta q más usuarios alerten sobre esto para que no sigan estafando a quien lo que quiere es algo sin tantas estafas. This place is a scam. We had the exact same experience as another person giving a poor rating. Received an email confirming our itenarary then several hours later he called to say that rate was sold out but he could book us at a higher rate. The address of the company is listed as a residence. I will be reporting to the proper authorities.
