I have used Property Radar since its inception. I can't say enough about Sean and the Staff at Radar. Their data and their constant upgrades have made my business such a success. The data they provide is the best out there and their customer support is equal. This site gives an investor or business owner such detailed information that it is just beyond my expectations. When I think he is done with the site he goes on to add more data and make the system that much user friendly. There is nobody in the real estate investment business that can be successful without using Radar.
Radar has helped me and my staff become more and more successful and we just can't live without it. I would highly recommend this site to anyone out there looking for real estate related data!
There are lot of upsells. First they draw with you free trial, then have you upgrade within the free trial to see some information. Once you upgrade, have you add another chunk of money in increments of $10 to see the actual thing they promised to show when you upgraded. At the end of all this, the information (like phone, email etc) is not guaranteed to be accurate. in my case, it was a total random information provided not related to the person at all.

I signed up for a free 3 day trial and when I tried canceling I kept getting a 501 error. I contacted Property Radar a couple of hours into the next day and explained what happened and that I needed to cancel. I was met by an unprofessional and rude response. I never would have signed up for this service, especially since the information they provide can be gotten for free through Title. And the info I got through them didn't match what I got through Title either. After reading the other reviews here, it looks like I'm not the only one that had issues when it came to canceling.
I've been using Property Radar for several years now. Easy to use system & great data information. I highly recommend them.

This company is a real ripoff! At the end of December 2017 they charged my bank account for 1 year's subscription for their service. I was away for the holidays and only noticed the charge when I got back. It was about a week between when my account was charged and I noticed it. I called them immediately to get them to refund that money as I had not authorized the charge for another year. They refused to refund stating that they notifed me a day or so before charging the account that the renewal was coming up. I guess they don't understand that "reminding me" that the subscription is up for renewal IS NOT explicit authority for them to charge my account! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are very unethical and not concerned about good faith customer service. If I could give them a minus star rating I would do so.
Beware their free trial. They may not receive your cancellation request, conveniently, even though there is a clear email trail of it. This company is a pain to do business with, others are better.
