Forever Cacao Avis 

I have tasted a lot of cacao from all over the world and I keep coming back to Forever Cacao to ensure my fix of Ceremonial Grade Cacao and the bars of chocolate.

The ceremonial grade cacao is incredible and I love to use it in ceremonies and dance events. Everyone comments on the smooth taste and quality of what they are drinking. I see amazing results from participants.

The bars are addictive!! I love all the flavours but the 72% is outstanding - smooth and delicious, they do not last long in my house.

I have always found the customer service to be of the highest standard. Emailed queries have always been answered quickly.

Having completed the pantomime of getting my little one to sleep, l tiptoed downstairs to try one of the new blends I had purchased; ‘Love’ and ‘Connect’.

Reading the labels in full ‘Connect’ was calling to me with the promise of ‘Bringing me home to me’.

I sipped the cinnamon laced, delicious brew and felt a wave of calm, a return to a feeling of being truly in my bones. A precious feeling when you only get an hour or two to yourself in most evenings.

Forever Cacao has now become a part of my every week, more often than not everyday. I usually stick to the powder or discs but having branched out and bought the blends and almost immediately felt the benefits they also appear to be just as powerful.

For me Forever Cacao has changed my life… spiritually, physically and mentally I feel stronger. I feel at home in me because of it.

Customer service in my experience is always swift, helpful and super friendly and the product never fails to do all it says on the packet or tin, as the case may be!

The product "seems" to be OK and is competitively priced, but the customer service is terrible, or rather non existent. I have sent 2 emails with a simple question and have not received any reply. I don't have time for any company that doesn't care about their customers. It's just such a basic thing for any company to get right. Makes me doubt their products and general ethos too; I don't trust them.

I've been using Forever Cacao for a number of years now, after being introduced to their product during a ceremony. I've tried other Cacao's but theirs always remains my favourite, and importantly I have complete faith in the ethos and ethics of this business.

My package was delivered late so it didnt arrive in time for ceromany. I specifically used their brand as it promised faster delivery than competitors. On collection it was all bashed up. I emailed Forever Cacao and they didnt bother responding. I felt frustrated and like they dont care about customer experience.
