Dave the tutor @ ALM Tilbury is a horrible nasty individual. Shouldn't be horrible, nasty or rude to newbies that have no experience with forklifts. Totally unacceptable.

My training was a 2 day course so it was intense, excellent training was had and i would highly recommend the course. It is catered to each persons individual experience so you get just the right amount of training for you to pass.
