If you live in Alaska and have a Credit…
If you live in Alaska and have a Credit Card with Alaska address, you can not select Alaska even those my shipment went to my freight forward in Washinton State. I don't know why they can't use USPS flat rate boxes. I could even send them a prepaid shipping label.

My purchasing team shows that this was damaged in transit to us from our vendor and our company was not notified of this by them. We are working to get that item ordered again and sent out to you ASAP..
I will not order from them again.

Whoever you contract with for delivery…
Whoever you contract with for delivery never knocked on the door, rang the bell or called or texted us to tell us the delivery had been made--to our back gate in the alley. A neighbor alerted us that it was back there.
