Justin and the team at Fostani contacted me as soon as the order was placed and kept me informed throughout the whole process. they didn’t take my money until they made sure they’d told me that the dress i want wouldn’t be available at the date i want
most webs would just take the money and give you the no return policy.
they are super fast to reply and showed me so many alternative dresses that will arrive in time for the event.
i ended up with a better dress than before with a price better than expected

I ordered a dress from this company and…
I ordered a dress from this company and after processing my order I received an email From them asking me to change the size that I ordered because they no longer have it. I picked a different size from the same dress which happen to be to small for me.
I reached out to them in regards to that and they refused to issue me a refund, instead they gave me a store credit. I was not pleased with it but I went ahead and chose a different type of dress and that designer cut their dresses smaller which I didn’t know. When I received the dress I immediately contacted them and spoke to Justin who informed me that I can’t exchange to a bigger size because I’ve made this purchase using a gift card ( which is the store credit they issued me).
They have no compassion, if someone values their hard working dollars please order your dresses somewhere else.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You are correct, we, like almost every other dress retailer do not offer a refund. We do accept returns for store credit. We include our return policy in full on each product page for every dress we sell, we also include a link to our return policy at the bottom of each page at our website, additionally, we have each customer manually check a box that states that they have read and understand the terms and conditions before they can even purchase anything from us, because we want to make sure each customer is making an informed purchase.
You are also correct that that each designer has different sizing methods, that is why we include the measurements directly from each designer on every product page, to make sure that every customer is confident they are ordering the best size for their measurements.
The designers do not accept returns for any reason, so we do accept them from our end even though the return can not be sold as new again. While we are happy to accept returns for our customers, there does have to be a limit in order for us to stay in business and be able to serve our future customers.
We are very up front about our return policy, and our policy is standard for our industry.
We do apologize your weren’t happy with the two different dresses you personally chose and we delivered on time.

Wonderful, kind, and very helpful. I was looking for a very specific dress to wear as mother of the bride; color and size. I could not find it anywhere. When I reached out I was greeted by Jocelyn who graciously took the time to help me. She sent me several other options in line with what I was looking for, many wonderful options but I still had my heart set on this specific dress. In the end I decide to purchase the dress one size off with the hope it would fit and if it doesn’t I will return and purchase one of the other beautiful dress. The most helpful and kind sale person who went out of her way on several occasions to ensure that I was able to get a dress

Amazing dress and customer service their website could have some alterations
A little annoyed by them not clearly displaying the one I originally bought was sold out however I am happy with what I received and it is as beautiful as I imagined it

Good Afternoon Jessica, we are disappointed to see this review. Your return was accepted already. We just emailed you to inform you that the dress you returned was damaged because you shipped it back without being properly packed. It was not shipped in its protective bag.
Also, we did an exception and accepted your return without any extra fees due to the condition of the dress we received it in. Leaving a review saying that we would not accept your return after we have already processed your return is dishonest at best. We would appreciate you removing this review as it is not accurate in any sense.
Your return was processed hours ago and we informed you of that directly by email when we were speaking earlier.

I ordered a very expensive dress for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere. I was a bit nervous but went for it because I needed the dress and took the chance. They got it to me days faster than expected and it’s even more beautiful in person. I will definitely order from them again.

I paid over 100AUD for DHL international shipping - which I thought was expensive but was willing to pay given the time frame and shipping from the US. It turns out the dress was shipped from the manufacturer via Australia Post, from within Australia.
