Great service from start to finish, ordered a bath to be painted a specific colour, test colours sent out to check against existing furniture and good advice given. Delivery guys were fab too, very patient with me checking the colour - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use Foundry again, can’t comment on how good the bath is to use though as we haven’t fitted it yet !!

Best price we could find on the Internet, and the quality of the bath did not disappoint. Brilliant customer service both In dispatch and returns. Dispatch is through DPD. Probably best courier service in UK witb next day delivery. Had to return an unused part of order and refund almost immediate. Would recommend this company to anyone 😁

Mark Spence and his son were so helpful from start to finish. We wanted to see what the radiators and colour choices looked like in the flesh. Mark came to our home the next day and brought a mini radiator to show us all the options. He then took care of our order. He was so patient as our house took a long time to renovate. Mark was so helpful the whole way through our order, changing wall stays and delivering them next day. Our radiators look fantastic. Exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much. If we are renovating again we will be back.

Ich hatte verschiedene Angebote, dieses war das preisgünstigste, Mark (ich glaube der Geschäftsführer) hat sogar beim Telefonat mit dem Hersteller noch eine größere und teurere Badewanne statt der von mir gewählten "herausgeschlagen". Jede Verzögerung (die Wanne musste ja von GB nach D) wurde umgehend kommuniziert, jede Frage sofort und ausführlich beantwortet.

Die gessamte Abwicklung war eine Freude und völlig problemlos. Es ist aufwändiger in Deutschland ein paar Schuhe zu kaufen ....

I purchased Arroll radiators and accessories from Foundry Cast Iron. The service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, fast response to questions, emailed me lots of extra guides, helped me pick the right colours, sizes and accessories. The website also has Arroll sizes that I couldn't find elsewhere. I found Foundry Cast Iron after contacting Arroll directly who pointed me to Mark as their recommended distributor. I was able to discuss a mutually convenient delivery date and radiators turned up exactly as promised. Even better send in photos of installation and Mark makes a donation to the Teenage Charity Trust. What's not to like!
