Alarmas, bivvy, accesorios, etc todo lo que he comprado de esta marca ha resultado ser de la peor calidad, malos acabados, endebles... cualquier cosa de la marca más barata va a ser mejor que de la marca FOX.
No compréis nada de esta marca.

Greedy exploiting company as are most fishing tackle companies these days over £1200 for the fox XD with extension, are they living on another planet.. bet it cost no more than £75-£100 to make if your lucky. The fox easy shelter + is about £140 when most camping companies sell more or less the same shelter for £30, what a joke.
These companies need to be boycotted.

Owning lots of fox products, I would expect exceptional customer service, but when dialling a certain number that’s provided on foxint website, or emailing their customer service, I am told that the person answering would be in touch shortly or have no answer at all...3 months later and I am still waiting for an answer from your customer service team. Please employ someone else!

I will never buy fox International gear again . Everyone should be carefull is purchasing any Fox International gear because if you have a problem and you have to send it back to Belgium not only do you require to pay for the postage you will have to pay for the tax as Fox International will not pay the tax or accept the parcel. My scales which I sent back have gone missing over 6 weeks ago and Fox International will not help me search for the missing scales infact they will not reply to my emails It looks like I have lost my scales now so a big warning to anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything from Fox International stay away from them they will take your hard earned cash but they after sales are terrible

I received a matrix hoodie as a gift for Xmas, one wash later it’s ruined, poor quality product! Contacted Fox customer service to be told that I needed to take it back to the shop! Apparently there policy states this. Terrible product and the service is even worse, what a absolute waste of time!

Purchased fox captive back leads.
After a couple of times on the bank one of the plastic clips that hold the bar broke! After days trying to find fox uk my email was replied to from Europe with a response of sorry have a good day, more internet searching gave me a phone number to contact.
I called, eventually getting through to someone but not the people I needed so was told someone would call me back.. 3 days went past still no call.. so I called again this time someone different said I would be called back! Yea that didnt happen.
So as I was waiting to do another session I called again the person was again from Europe who said sorry cant help with a spare part or replacement.
The last time I buy anything from fox again!

I purchased the fox flatliner mk2 camo sleep system and the first time i washed the bag it ripped on contacting fox they said it was my fault. The bed is less than 6 months old and only used about 5 times.

Fox are absolutely garbage. I bought an FS 7000 reel, baitrunner broke nearly straight away. Opened the reel up and it was a cheap die cast part of the reel. Unfortunately fox designed their reels to not be repairable by anyone other than them. No response to email sent about the issue. They are garbage.

I have just ordered a spare nut for my old Micron MX and the gentleman I spoke to couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful to deal with. The nut arrived the next day and fits. Couldn’t be better.

I will never again by fox fishing gear, So many problems, gear breaking, cheap materials, my expensive fox rod snapped on the tip and it wasn't a hard hit, it was placed down on the bank GRASS and the rod tip just snapped off!!!! my fox bait catapult snapped on the plastic arm too, yes that's right the plastic arm snapped, not the elastic, which you'd expect.. serious cheap quality parts, must have been made in some 3rd world country. Not impressed with fox one bit. I still have the catapult laying on my garden patio floor, just as a reminder: NEVER to buy fox again!
