My wife bought a multi pack of Fox's Rocky Orange biscuits, what a scandal, if they get any smaller there's going to be no point making them they're a total rip-off. Needless to say we won't be buying any more.

Since going vegan they have ruined their biscuits

These biscuits have shrunk dramatically these were bought from tescos and the biscuits only filled half the wrappper you could fill the wrapper with 2 biscuits. Used to be a good buy but value for money is 0 won’t be buying these ever again.

This review is not related to a single purchase it is the result of a number of purchases made over a period of about 2 years. I initially bought a packet of 'Fox's Crunch Creams' after not having had them for many years but, remembering the taste of the buttery crunchy biscuit and the rich creamy filling, I had to buy a pack! So imagine the disappointment when I took the first bite expecting the buttery crunch but what I actually tasted was an almost soft bland biscuit nothing like the Crunch Creams I had previously known! However, I thought this must just be a bad batch. I ate a few more of the biscuits from that packet but the rest were served up to the wildlife in the garden! I did request a review but it was not forthcoming! After this initial experience, I did not try the biscuits again for a while until I saw they were on offer in my local store and decided to buy a packet. Unfortunately, once again they were nothing like the biscuits I had previously known which was again disappointing. That was about a year ago and I decided to give them one last chance and recently bought another pack of the biscuits. But this time not wanting to rely on just my taste perception I thought I should get a second and third opinion! I must say I was relieved at the result because it confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my taste buds! But that did mean that there was definitely something wrong with the biscuits!
I'm sorry to say that I won't even consider buying them again until I get news that they have returned to the wonderful buttery crunchy creamy original taste I remember!

Bought a pack of Fox’s Rocky a month ago, terrible, chocolate was pale latte colour (not bloomed) & tasted disgusting, I can’t even describe the taste.

Well in date, I sent all details to Fox’s a month ago, no response. Binned the pack & never again will I purchase any of their brands, they used to have amazing biscuits especially chocolate but that’s it for me alongside reduced pack sizes & dramatically increases prices.

What’s happened to Foxes biscuits ? They used to be the best on the market- but now they taste cheap and nasty. All have been compromised on flavour and thickness of chocolate. Very poor and extremely disappointing. Avoid- not worth the money now.

Bought half coated chocolate cookies from supermarket, as were on special offer. When opened pack at home, WoW what a disappointment. Only 7 biscuits 🍪 in the pack. The plastic container inside, is extended to trick the buyers into thinking there’s more biscuits in there. Total rip off, won’t buy again!

I used to love the chocolate rocky bar but this is my last purchase the biscuits are of much lower quality and are a disappointment to what they were!!!

This was my favorite brand of cookies (I'm American, get over it!) until today. I don't eat cookies all the time, in fact I rarely eat them, to me they're a special treat, something I go to when I feel I've accomplished something big and want a sweet but simple celebration. I am a frugal person, I don't need a lot to make me happy. Cookies are those little pleasures in life that you can enjoy no matter how much money you make. But I get so, so angry when things get taken away for no reason. For years we've been having this trend of companies making products smaller, or reducing the quantity, or substituting ingredients for worse quality ones. Their profits go up, the amount we get goes down. It is a GREAT SHAME that this company is now putting less cookies in the pack. And they're smaller. You can't even enjoy simple little things in life anymore. The fake "cost of living crisis" is just an excuse for greedy companies to put their prices up. I was born in 1989 and during the 90s, when the people who are now managing these companies were about my age or younger, they enjoyed a prosperous economy, cheap education, affordable housing, cheap cars, lasting appliances and clothing and bountiful food on the table. Now, the very same people who enjoyed the bounties are greedy and only think of themselves. Why would any business remove cookies or make them smaller? It's a COOKIE! Nobody wants to see less of them, or to pay more. A simple, basic thing! Life is becoming so miserable nowadays, with every company out there trying to suck money out of everyone's pocket like this. It really shows the selfishness. CEOs/Directors earning millions, and still unhappy. Just be thankful for earning in one year what the vast majority of people will never achieve in a lifetime of very hard work and stop profiteering, greedy people. Imagine the people who work at the Fox's factory, what do they make an hour... And still, you get this company taking more, paying their staff the same low wage (I'm 100% confident of this being the case) and then giving customers less. I will not buy Fox's again. Enough is enough. Every year there's some crisis concocted by the rich to take advantage of the not-rich. It has to stop and the only way is to stop giving money to these companies so they know we cannot be treated like money trees. SHAME ON YOU FOX'S.

There used to be 12 biscuits in the Viennese milk chocolate biscuits pack and now there’s only 10. Why are Fox’s removing their customers biscuits? Could it be they care only about their profits and not about their customers. and they have even made the biscuits smaller. Shame on them for their greed and arrogance in a cost of living crisis and won’t be buying their meagre biscuits again!

While Fox's biscuits are the best, their use of too much plastic packaging is a great disappointment. The box is a reasonable size but there are hardly any biscuits in there. Next time I will just buy my favourite biscuits in packets, rather than pay a premium for plastic and fresh air!

So much plastic packaging and so few biscuits in pack, waste of money, you may as well buy 2 packs of your favourite biscuits as only 34 in the pack, rubbish 🙄

Soft biscuits, poor quality chocolate.

Very disappointed Christmas this year. Biscuits were in date and wrapped and yet they were soft. No crunch!!! Also very misleading box size wise.

Total rip off , i will never buy fox's again or any other biscuit box . waste of resources too .
