The bonded hair removal stuff..
The bonded hair removal stuff could be stronger it took alot of effort to remove even after paying over 25 pound for it to be simple .
The glue took forever to soften a bond and still clung to the hair in its gloopy sticky state after applying loads and waiting ages on each bond . .

Absolutely horrendous hair
Absolutely horrendous hair. I have been wearing extensions for years, I followed the proper aftercare and this hair in unmanageable. Shedding and frizzy I have had to have this hair removed after a month as it was tangled. I contacted customer service and they told me it was my fault and just told me to purchase their after care kit. I am so upset as I am still paying off this hair which has had to go straight into the bin, feels like it’s mixed with synthetic. Appalling!

Whilst we fully appreciate your fustration, on this occasion it was found that the manufacturers instructions in regards to correct aftercare was not followed, causing the issues that you reported.
Our hair is covered by a guarantee which is activated upon purchase of the aftercare products at the time of order. This is in line with industry standard practice.
Where we find that the incorrect products have been used, we can only advise that you look again at your care routine and strongly consider the use of the correct products moving forward.
Im sorry that you found the outcome to be disappointing, we try to make this information as clear as we possibly can both during the buying process and via the aftercare instructions provided with each order.

Good product,
Decent hair, however I ordered 3 x sets of 25 stands and overall there were 6 strands missing, it doesn’t sound a lot but that’s a large amount of hair when you aren’t putting too many in. Delivery was also a bit naff. I ordered Thursday afternoon and paid for 24hr delivery which means 24hr delivery on a week day, so expected arrival on the Monday, however I had to contact them over the weekend as I had no delivery confirmation and then within half an hour I miraculously received it and then got my delivery on the Wednesday. However the quality of the hair is pretty good and a decent price

Firstly, i apologise that you received less than 25 bonds per pack. The hair is separated into bundles of 25 grams and although every care is take to ensure this hair is evenly split between 25 bonds, because they are all individually hand rolled, sometimes there is a difference in the amount of bonds produced per pack. I can reassure you that every pack goes through 2 quality controls checks to ensure each pack weighs as advertised. We do however take your feedback on board and will ensure that we make this more clear on our website.
I have looked at your order in regards to the delayed delivery and i can clarify that the order was placed on a Friday, after our order cut off point. Therefore the order was picked and packed on Monday, hence why you happened to receive an order complete confirmation that afternoon. The system automatically sends these emails out once we have informed it that the parcel is ready to leave us.
The order was then delivered via your requested 24 hours service the next day, being the Tuesday, and signed for at 11.34am. We are satisfied our end that your order was dispatched on time and delivered on time. We do apologise if you felt that that wasn't the case as we hate to think that we have let a customer down but hopefully this clears up the confusion.
We are over the moon that you are happy with the quality of your hair extensions and hope to see you return again soon :)

Amazing
Been getting my hair done now for a year, and I absolutely love this place, my hair extensions are the best qaulity and the fitting is amazing my hair is growing and so much thicker because the application is at a high standard and doesn’t ruin my hair and full head foils with toner the colour is always what I want, couldn’t recommend these girls enough every one I’ve had so far has been fantastic!
