I made a few errors with info and Simon rectified these progressed my updates. I’m new to the drone world and had a few questions. I sent over an email on a Sunday afternoon and had an immediate response with detailed instructions and information on what I needed. No question seamed too much and they were very happy to help.

I have since looked into their memberships and signed up. Have only heard good things about FPV.

Absolutely perfect answered ALL my questions even on a Saturday which is unusual so 5star effort and I will also say within the hour . Put my mind at rest and answered my questions about the caveat of once you sign up you are giving the company the right to use the payment method for future purchases, which was explained completely to me as apparently I am the first person to ever asked this question. A worthwhile purchase if you’re new to drones or established it’s a must !

Purchased my drone insurance the first time with this company having been previous with another company.not only did I renew my flyer id with their online test which they pass to caa.you get commercial insurance included so you can make money from your footage.article 16 is included.a great price for the year..and get this..any email enquiries are answered in minutes.couldnt be more helpful. excellent company . If you need Drone public insurance or business cover this is the place to go . The price is very reasonable and the support is excellent . Any questions simply just send them an email and they will definitely respond in my experience normally very quickly .

FPV UK have a very good deal of drone related information on their website and have been very professional in dealing with my questions regarding membership, drone regulations and guidance on where to find additional details.

Whether you are an experienced drone pilot or a beginner, you are in the right place. The resources are fantastic and provide everything you need to fly your drone safely and within the regulations. when I did have a few questions to clarify on drone regulations, Simon got back to me straight away with answers and links to the relevant detail. Highly recommended!

This is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. You can call them any time even on weekends. You can email Simon any time and I’ve had a reply within the hour. I’ve been with FPV UK for many years. When I’ve thought it could be better I’ve emailed Simon and he has told me other customers have said the same and we are looking for ways we can do it. The package you get from FPV UK is second to none and more importantly is the listen and are available at reasonable hours. I cannot fault them if I could they would change it.

Simon at FPV UK was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Wasn't sure on what cover I needed for my drone but Simon made the whole experience very easy and provided the cover I required!

I searched the internet for for insurance for my particular needs and the type of flying I was intending to do, but the insurance companies out there were crazy prices for what I needed really, But then I came across (FPV UK The drone Association) so I sent a message, the next day I had a reply explaining everything I needed and more that I was surprised I was getting if i joined and became a member, when I told my friend, he didn’t hesitate to investigate , and when he realised everything I told him, he signed up there and then, I shan’t say what it cost or what you’ll get if you sign up, check it out for yourself, you won’t regret it. Trust me.

All round it met everything I could want as a novice flyer.

I have been a member of FpvUK for some years now. I just like the way it works, the automation of the renewal, the dealing with the CAA a totally frictionless membership that in my opinion gives a lot more than it costs. You can't say that in many places these days. The other benefit of course is Simon Dale, always there to champion the drone flier.

A very competent, efficient, and professional organisation to be a member of. You get recreational, and commercial insurance amongst many other benefits. A few to mention, like a membership card, insurance certificate, merchandise, and the use of Article 16. To mention also, Simon Dale is very approachable, friendly, informative, and easy to communicate with. 😊👍

FPVUK is a very useful organisation and group to be a member of. Loads of info, resources, merchandise and good community backing. There is also other flying benefits when abiding by their proposed guide and membership regulations, and membership goodies and affiliated discounts.
I have already signed up to continue my membership now that my first year has finished.
