Big Mike was the best server we’ve ever met!
Me and my friend went to the one in Broughton. We were served by big Mike and he was the best waiter I’d ever met. Made our experience most pleasurable. He was funny, caring and the experience was unmatched all because of Big Mike. Thank you Big Mike we will see you very soon. We will be retuning for big Mike and big Mike only and the food was delicious.

Just visited the Frankie and Benny’s at Cribbs Causeway Bristol. To be fair the food was in general nice. My pizza was tasty. My daughter’s chicken and ribs looked good. And although small, my son in law’s steak was fairly good. However my daughter only had a very light drizzle of bbq sauce on her ribs so they were quite dry. There was ketchup and a chilli sauce on the table but no bbq so we asked for some. Our server said there would be a £1 charge - rather than spoiling the meal we said fine, ok, we’d pay. I assumed we’d have enough sauce for us to all share. What turned up was a tiny dish with at most a tablespoon of sauce - now this was bottled bbq sauce, not some fancy home made stuff. Our total bill came to just shy of £100 so not worth making a fuss about. But very poor customer service. I’ll think twice before going again.
Broughton- Steve is lovely
Food was lovely but the waiter made our day Steve he was so lovely friendly and funny as well as helpful, we will definitely be back
Lasagna
I'm just shocked at how much you pay for a lasagna and it doesn't even come with salad or garlic bread. It's not horrible but it's not wow. Should include these items within the price.

The Fareham restaurant at Whitely is excellent. Food was superb. Our server Emma was brilliant and very attentive and a credit to the franchise.
Highcross Leicester - Diabolical Service!
Visited Frankie & Benny’s Highcross Leicester and won’t be going back. The whole place felt cold and lifeless. I even asked for the heating to be turned up, only to be told by a young waitress that it was already on its highest setting… which made for a thoroughly uncomfortable meal.
The food didn’t redeem things either. I had the coalizza and it was drowned in garlic to the point of feeling sick, and the mac n cheese side was meant to have pulled brisket but you’d need a microscope to find it. Totally not worth the price.
The real deal-breaker though was the service. Honestly the worst I’ve ever come across. It took over half an hour just to get dessert. Only two waitresses on, both young, both completely unobservant and inattentive. They approached the table three times and never cleared a single empty plate or glass.
Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

Very nice meal with friends at Frankie and Benny's Great Park The Parkway.
Rubbish rude staff!!
At Bristol airport, the staff members are a bunch of rude kids, that think they are at some kind of play ground. A bunch of kids in urgent need of adult experienced supervision. Food is average and too expensive for what you get. Beer got to table already warm! Never again!!

Booked a table for last night at Braehead near Glasgow airport was delayed due to problem at check in phoned and changed to take away . Arrived after the restaurant had closed and was given the food for free ! Lovely service thanks
poor quality food
Today 14th april , and had not been in for a while. I can understand how the company is losing business. We had a meal in the castlegate Dudley branch and it used to be fab, but I was so disappointed in the quality of the food. A pizza that was only as good as the ones supermarkets sell under a fiver, costing £13.25! The meat ball main was okay but just not as good as it used to be . An mac an cheese that was £13.25! sorry the only thing that was good was my sons burger and it was less money, we had been out all day and as my sons girlfriend is veggie we thought more choice and never had any cause to complain about quality before, but with drinks added for the four of us, £75.00 bill was riddiculous , I wish had just gone to the supermarket and spent £25.00 on the same food. Not great , the staff and the place is good but come on bosses okay so your cost cutting but going completely out of business because your buying cheap pizzas etc. So stop robbing your customers .
Entered at 6.10 pm and waited 2 hours for main courses!
Entered at 6.10 pm, took a while before we were seated, wasn't that busy. Sat there waiting, eventually got asked for our drinks order. Waited some more, got to give our orders. More waiting, and then our starters turned up. Chicken strips and wings, they were good. More waiting...and waiting, and waiting, and then at approx 8.10pm our mains turn up. The burger was ok according to my son, but only got 2 stars. My steak was, well, very poor. It was cold, although my onion rings were hot. Menu said it came with "mushrooms" plural I had one small mushroom. The steak as well as being cold, was gristly. Begs the question "why didn't you send it back?", well, I have to get up for work early, didn't want to spend another 2 hours waiting for hot food. Staff were nice, I keep saying after every poor experience, ( this is the third), that I won't come back.....this time I'm going to stick to it, and make it my life's work to tell as many people as possible to avoid Frankie and Benny's.
Please, don't waste your money
Plymouth restaurant's ambience and the deco were nice so we give you 2 stars. But, sadly, things went downhill from there. I popped in to the bathroom to, then, see a toilet seat sitting next to the toilet, and the door was so close to the toilet that it was difficult to get in and out. Spaghetti meatballs were tastless, no herbs or seasonings whatsoeve (they made me ill). Our experience with Frankie & Benny's in Newquay was poor, and the Plymouth one didn't do any better. The portions were small, but more importantly, the food made me and my family unwell. We won't be coming back.
Frankieandbennys at Bristol Airport is a complete mess!!
Frankieandbennys at Bristol Airport is a complete mess. Utter chaos! First you have to wait a long time to be seated, then you have to wait forever for your order to be taken. So after half an hour I decided to follow the example of other guests and left as well!. Absolutely ridiculous. They should realize people at airports need to be served quickly. What a shambles!
Westwood Margate branch not great food
Westwood Margate branch
On the positive servers and the cider and starter was good . Not much else I'm afraid.
Pizza garlic cheese starter was good and served quite quick.
The main was another 40 minutes
I noticed that people who came in after us were getting their meals before us . Eventually we gets ours . My partners meatballs were Luke warm and my Mac n cheese was burnt on the top . Not impressed wont be coming back here .
Would like to add that after speaking to the manager she refunded the Mac n cheese . Fair enough

Went to frankie and bennys on the Cheshire oaks, Ellesmere port with my family. Very disappointed the meal was just warm, won't be going again.
Service is all important.
Went into Frankie and Benny's at Eldon Square - haven't been in one since lockdown as our local ones closed, big mistake, quite quiet but it was only just lunchtime, waited to be seated to be told "you can sit there or there" both tables needed wiping so picked cleanest, asked if we wanted a drink asked for cola. Bored waiter said "large" we said medium he then disappeared never to be seen again as a younger much more pleasant chap brought drinks and took order. We waited and decided we should really have tried somewhere else but decided to give it a chance. Food arrived dropped onto the table by an equally bored waitress who asked if I wanted anything else but had vanished before I could answer. My husbands meal was ok , not all hot but edible mine was the wrong meal I ordered a classic chicken burger but got a beef burger so searching for staff the pleasant chap took it away apologising and had it replaced . By the time I got mine my husband had eaten his, never saw the bored couple at all as the young pleasant chap seemed to be doing all the work. We paid and left, never to return again wishing we had just walked further along to our other choice.
First red flag was an almost empty…
First red flag was an almost empty restaurant on a saturday evening prime time. Always a tell tale sign that all is not well! I has Calamari as a starter. Where do i begin?? either the oil was old and dirty or the calamari was over cooked, the batter was dark brown, over salty (and i love salt) and very bitter, but for those of us in the know, the actual squid itself were the pieces that most discerning restaurants would call the trim offs. Those small blobby or tiny tubey bits that should be put in the bin not covered in batter and served. Without question, frozen and from a bag, these squid pieces were at the 'dog food' end of the quality scale and at a quid for each piece grossly profiteering sub standard food. The menu was at the table when we arrived but was taken once we ordered, and when the main came, i understood why, the burger and fries that turned up were nothing like explained in the menu. A thawed out and carelessly cooked and presented burger with frozen fries that always carry that dense powdery interior was without question, the worst i have ever had...ever! and at 15 quid it occured to me i had been had! Like most others that have dined at Frankie & Benny's, apparent by the very many empty tables, i will be one of those who only get bitten the once by this travesty of a diner. What the new owners can do ( The Big Table Group) to improve this dire eatery has to be to go back to the drawing board and hope that by matching the quality the prices they charge that they may win peoples trust enough to drag this business out of the money losing pit it is currently in. If not, its a business built on one off visits that is doomed to fail.
Yuk!
Food took while to come out, starter was ok but the main course disgusting.it was so bland no sauce little bit mince overcooked spaghetti, just as well I had some parmesan on to. My friend had hotdog in bun. The bun was a chewy brioche bun the hotdog warmed in microwave and the onions were crispy fried, pre paced, yuk.it wasn't that cheap either didn't even bother with pudding would I return to frankie and bennys eldon square newcasle NO. I will tell family and friends but only to avoid
F&B Plymouth - Amy is a credit!
Frankie and Benny's Plymouth. Travelled here with my mum. We were served by the lovely waitress Amy who was really attentive, food was decent for the pricing. But Amy really made our restaurant experience a great one, an absolute credit to the restaurant.
Food came out within 30minutes and well worth getting the Classic Tiramisu.
